I have been a member for sometime now, since the very 1st one opened here in the RGV. I have had bluewave, quick quack, go and even take 5. Yes club carwash is more expensive of all of them, but they are really good. I love that they prewash the car before going into the tunnel so than makes a big differnce. They will wash your mats, if you ask them too. They give car air freshners on their 2 top tier memberships. The was does not scratch or leave swirl marks like the other carwashes do. I have had all the other and they do indeed leave microscratches and swirls. The staff is very friendly and very attentive. Plus I can use my membership at any Club Car Wash. I travel to San Antonio and use it there. The only gripe I have is they do not offer a discount for multiple cars, which all the other carwashes do. So it adds up having 3 cars.

This isn't the first time. I live near Mission and would always go to that car wash. But I had a bad encounter in January. And now it's happening all over for my father. I am explaining this for my father because he doesn't speak English. On Thursday morning, July 25th, my father went to get his car washed. He was trying to communicate with the man who came to help him. He didn't speak Spanish. He wasn't able to understand my father and he became aggressive. When he left the area where he was speaking to the man, he was followed and aggressively approached. My father said he felt like the man was trying to fight him. The man didn't explain things correctly. He went by the next morning and spoke to a man who was able to help him and he gave him his name. His name is Alfredo. He needs to be fired. My father was worried he was going to be attacked. I'm not sure what kind of people you employee but they could at least have some patience and speak a little bit of Spanish. Alfredo is the same man I dealt with in Mission.

I have been washing my cars here for years but since it switched to Club I feel like they really push the membership. I get it but I feel like when I don’t get the membership they don’t want my business. Not sure if the employees get coached or something for not upselling but it has made me uncomfortable. Last time I come here. I am sure it won’t be hard to find another carwash in the valley.

This car washed does not wash your car properly Managers tell you get what you pay for they will not give you an extra wash to resolve how to clean your car properly and then I give you a refund. I recommand not returning back to this car. Wash, cause it's a waste of money.

Drive thru carwash cleaned my car better than any other one's 8ve been too. I ended up getting a membership. Everything is always stalked up. Highly recommend.

Love this place. Doing Uber and having the monthly plan makes perfect sense. Sometimes, there's a wait, but it's well organized. Having the dry towels is nice and free vacuum. Who could want more?

Apparently 1 cardboard box for TV and an old 36 inch TV was to much for their trash to handle...per the general manager at this location...so keep in mind before going to wash and vacuum your vehicle they apparently have limitations to what you can dispose of smh...they don't care if you have a monthly membership or not. BLUE WAVE IT IS. more locations anyway.

Hands down, a cleaner car wash than the others period. And there are lots and lots and lots of others!!!!
