Not very happy within 2 days my flowers are dying. I reordered because last year I had a really good bouquet that lasted almost 2 weeks and so disappointed that after 2 days they were dying. The shop would not make it right so this will be the last time I order from them.

I have purchased arrangements from City Flowers many times over the years. Yesterday, I needed flowers for a funeral, I called City Flowers and as always they made beautiful arrangements. Delivered within hours. Extremly professional. I am an out of town client so they went the extra mile and sent me pics of various arrangements and helped me customize exactly what I wanted. Went by on 7/16/2022. I had called day earlier and I was told they were open until 2PM on Saturdays. I arrived at 1PM expecting store to be open. The store was closed. Why post business hours if you will not honor them? Will not go back.

Owner of the shop was extremely rude over the phone! Called to let her know they didn’t add any sunflowers as requested upon ordering, was not demanding or rude, just wanted to advise to see if they can add them or substitute since the arrangement looked plain(or maybe they had forgotten), not like shown in the picture; false advertising. They never called to let us know they didn’t have sunflowers, and when she was called, she interrupted several times, didn’t allow me to explain, didn’t give me any other options and wanted to take it upon herself to just return my money and go pick up the arrangement at the mournings home (for funeral), and hung up the phone! Our family has shopped there for years, and the majority of our community. It’s a shame she represents the city in that manner when many of us have supported their business. To top it off, they forgot the “N” in Mission, plus this arrangement was ordered by a Mission Hospital department, which they didn’t label correctly either. This business is a disgrace. I do not recommend it if you expect good customer service and quality arrangements. Very disrespectful and inconsiderate.

I used City Bride and Flower Shop for my wedding and I was beyond impressed with the way the floral arrangements, bouquet, corsages and boutonnieres turned out. They were very attentive to my requests and also offered excellent suggestions, and they were so budget friendly and helped me to have a beautiful wedding without breaking the bank on flowers.
