They overcharged me for shellac when the nail polish was probably expired, didn’t last a day and their polish was chunky and bubbly.

Over charge, manicure and pedicure good clean. Horrible work on paint nails, end up with bumps/waves. I was in a hurry it was my only near by option. Was my second time there and was the same.

Chloe nails in mission Texas has been around for a while now. Today my mother was humiliated and treated with no respect at Chloe nails. Specifically by Ty. He’s been doing her nails for a couple of months now and when she went in today he specifically told her “I don’t have time for you today” she said she would wait but he insisted that he would not have time for her. So she waited for someone else to attend her. While my mother waited, another lady walked in and Ty told her to sit and he would do her pedicure… my mom was baffled. She couldn’t believe that he just told her he wouldn’t have time for her but told this other lady that he would do her nails. Maybe she had an appointment? We don’t know, but it gets worse. Ty finishes that lady’s pedicure and another lady walks in asking for a pedicure and he did her pedicure too all while my mother was still waiting!! My mother told him “I’ve been waiting here before these ladies why can’t you just do my pedicure?” He again said “I don’t have time for you”Chloe nails has lost a loyal customer & we will be in contact with the owner.Moral of the story is you go to relax and get your nails done but get humiliated instead and with no explanation. Sorry but that is no way to treat another person.

They use to be good here. Not anymore. Paid $40 for a pedicure where cuticle was not removed properly. I had discomfort on one side of my toe and the tech did not even bother to go there. The nail polish job was full of mistakes. I’m sorry but I will not be coming back after this.

All I asked for was a refill and they gave me so much attitude. The lady said they couldn’t color match my powder color and I said that was fine. I’m not picky. She kept harping on that the color I chose didn’t match. I said I didn’t care. We did this three times until I just walked out. Never returning. Beware of the rude employees.
