I called ahead to verify if a particular vehicle was at this Mission location and was told it was. Traveled over 42 miles just to be told it's in a different location. Terrible! Absolutely terrible.

Good afternoon. I will NOT purchase any vehicle from any Charlie Clark Nissan again. I arrived looking for a car for my son. Yes, the saleswoman treated me very well. He told me to be careful when going to other agencies because they tell you that they have the car that you saw on the internet and you get there and they tell you the vehicle has already been sold. Well, they think that's what happened to me there with them. To make the story shorter. The fact is that I got one that my son liked. according to the year 2024. well noooo it was 2024 it was 2023 brand new 30 miles and 1000 dollars more than the 2024 that had been sold. She tells me for every extra 1000 dollars that the car costs the payment increases about 20 dollars more. She told me her payment would be 550 but since the car costs 1000 dollars more it would go up to 570 with 5.2% interest if she wants it for 72 months. If you want it for 60 months, the payment is a little more expensive but the interest is cheaper. .I told him not the 570 plus the gap. Ok, well I give him my information and the next day he talks to me and tells me everything is ready. His payment came out to 570 dls as we had agreed. I tell him mmmm exactly, it didn't go down, the payment didn't go up at all. He said nooooo... ok my son agrees. Clarifying that I told him that my credit was going to run out and I wanted to put my son as secondary so that he could start getting credit. He said yes, of course, no problem. I need information about you and your son. I go later to sign the papers and I only sign a few, nothing strange... Mr. told me on Saturday that his son arrived, we signed the rest of the papers and they would take his car. My son arrives on Saturday, super happy because for the first time he was going to have his first new car because we are signing the paperwork and he arrives where the paper is with all the description of the payment and the interest and yooooo for a moment, like at 9.96 % It is a new car and they didn't tell me that it was so expensive, this is ridiculous, moreover, my saleswoman told me what she was going to do for 72 months. The finance person tells me, well, that's what came out, they didn't tell him and he continued turning the papers over, I tell him, wait for me, it's very expensive, that's it, I'm not going to sign, I'm not going to agree on that, and my son, mommy, please, what does the payment matter? It's fine, I tell him. My dear, it's a lot of money and the interest is very expensive. Mommy, I have to go back to work, that's why I came to take the car, I came on a vacation. No, my dear, it doesn't convince me and the finance minister only kept saying that we should continue signing, he didn't tell me anything. Well, the fact is that my son was so excited about his first car that he just wanted to take it and since they are first-timers, you don't know, they don't have experience, he was between a rock and a hard place. It made me think if he doesn't take the car he's going to lose his job, but at the same time it's a lot of interest. Well, the fact is that we signed, I left there upset and went straight to the saleswoman and told her the only thing she said to me, oh, madam, what a pity for me, no, she didn't tell me how much the interest was going to do, the good thing is that her son is going. Get credit and you can refinance it in 6 months. That's how he told me, no, wowwwww. I told him I trusted you, I believed in you. And when you spoke to me and told me, it was approved and the payment was 570. I told her it is an abuse of the client. They should tell the client it was approved but with so many % no that already being here there is no where to go when you know that you are excited to buy your first car here they grab the bait or where to go. The experience was different from the other dealerships in a great way. They listen to you, they want to help you get the best vehicle possible for your needs. Ruben helped us and gave us everything we needed to make our final decision on purchasing the Rogue we now drive around in. He did not rush us, he listened to what we said, he answered each and every one of our questions. Robert from finance did the same thing. He let us take our time and ask questions and he answered every single question and explained everything. There was nothing being hidden or left out intentionally. I definitely will recommend Charlie Clark Nissan Mission because just like Robert said “you are not just a customer, a number or a face. You are family, and that’s how Charlie Clark and we want it to be.”

The place to go si qiueres ayuda AYUDA de verdad. Some places try to go the mile to help but Charlie Clark Nissan sales man Joel Lopez is a man that doesn't stop until you get the help everyone deserves gracias a el mi Familia tiene 2 vehiculos nuevos. Tried getting car here & did gave down payment then out of the blue I'm called by then that bank wanted more $$$ for down payment after they had already made all paperwork. Took car back next day & requested MY $ back

Be aware of the Charlie Clark service contracts, its not a scam but such an inconvenience. If you go to any other Nissan dealership your service warranty would not show up cause its a third party service, only through the one shop in Charlie Clark in Harligen. If you wish to take it to even Bert Odgen or anywhere else you will be hit with deductible fees and any other expenses before and await if you qualify for a reimbursement. You might as well just buy your own car service insurance instead that only has a $50 co-pay and can take it anywhere in the nation.
