It doesn't matter if you pay for the deluxe, super, or plain old car wash. You get the same result for each. Mediocre at best. They love to wipe the outside for HOURS. You get in and it's been half cleaned!I keep thinking "this time surely it will be better " never happens. Need to find a new place.

Great customer service. These guys do a great job. They take their time and are very detailed. I took my car in recently and had it fully detailed and hand waxed. It looked absolutely beautiful when I picked it up. It was definitely a Great Value too.

I elected to take the chrome wheel polish for 65$ because that is what the menu sign says. I was then Approached and told its only for bumpers. When I rechecked the sign and pointed out it states 65 chrome wheel polish I was told the sign is wrong and the lady working the desk went back to just being in the front like I shouldn’t be bothered by the false advertising. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE. Went for an oil change & car wash they took 4 hours & when I went to pick up they didn’t clean inside at all. Didn’t wipe any surfaces, so I had to wait an additional 30 minutes while they took it back again.They don’t have any staff that speaks English or even tries to communicate to English speaking customers.100% would not recommend, horrible service, time management, & staff experience!

Don’t waste your time and money, drop off my vehicle for a car wash , vehicle was left with dirt and mud still on all undercarriage and steps. No effort was done to remove dirt and bugs from front end and wind shield, paid extra for a hand wash and Armor all a total of 67 dollars for a carwash that sincerely I would of pay 20 dollars in a drive thru carwash service.

It took them 3 & 1/2 hrs to wash my small suv. Way too long and the intake attendant did not inform me it was going to take. Very poor management. Tried them once b4 and gave them another chance but I'm not coming back! Will not recommend the place.Services: Auto interior vacuuming

They take a long time to wash your car. Which is fine as long as they start cars un the 9rder that they arrive. But they left me sitting to wait on the attendant while 2 cats that arrived after me got moved in front of me. I left because that was certain to cost me another 45 minutes. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL

Have gone once for my single cab and I had streaks like if they cleaned with a rag poor job in and outside grill guard wasn’t cleaned as well rims had wheel shine like if they did it to hide the dirt then my fiancé went the next week and also the same was done to hers and her seats had marks of the spray they used and wasn’t wiped down right never again they have lost my service.
