Do not allow for your Drivers License to be photographed.
Was told a driver's license was needed to get free phone which is false, and confirmed with corporate office.
It is not needed.
Id was
scanned or picture taken.
That has me a little concerned.
PS when I logged into my account and had a different name and address.

Brandy= Worst customer service. She has this stink face and her attitude to go along with it, from the start. I came to get a phone and switch from Metro, which required me to get a pin and she didn’t want to call Customer Service for it because she closes at 6:00pm & she has customers. It could of been quick. Everywhere I go they call themselves. Plus my phone had gotten wet so it sounds muffled when making calls WHICH is why I was getting a new phone. Anyways how annoying to have waited for so long and deal with her attitude and on top of that NO professional skills. SMH

They aren't professional and they don't even help make you do everything on your own. And they expect you to learn everyone's name to tell the other person who helped you.
