I had 2 claims on a vehicle. Marcelo constantly kept me updated, and Dolores went above and beyond to make sure my vehicle was taken care of. Thank you to Caleb and the techs for working hard to make sure my car was ready on time. Edgar worked on the paint job (which has a life time warranty) he did an amazing job with making sure "Hyper Blue" looks great again. This is an amazing team, will definitely be recommending.

I first want to say thank you to the team for all their hard work to get my vehicle returned to me and in good order. I want to also advise that the admin staff learn to set their own reminders to call customers back and give status updates and call immediately on any chanhes made as to respect the customers time. My first repairs took almost a year and this second one over 3 months. Now I want to say I myself understand the past 3 years everyone has struggled with supply chain issues so I know where this hurts everyone. Now, going to what I just stated you set the expectation and should be giving if not biweekly updates at least a monthly courtesy call. You have time! You have a sign as you walk in the door that states the high standards you abide by. Can your customers vouch that you do? Again I want to thank the team for getting my car back to me in good working order.

Look I've been to my share of body shops.
Theres alot of other body shops that DO ALOT of sketchy stuff to your car and if you don't ask the right questions they'll just omit things to you.
Bert Ogden Body Shop I can say has made me feel like they are there to help me over everything else. Now, I will say their wait times are long but there quality is worth waiting for.

I will not be purchasing from Bert Ogden BMW McAllen in the future. After being rear-ended on November 20th and taking my car to Bert Ogden Collision on November 22nd, I have experienced numerous delays in the repair process. Despite having faith in their abilities, we are now on the third supplemental order and I remain without my vehicle. This series of events has resulted in multiple orders for parts, causing unnecessary inconvenience and delay. As a customer who values timeliness and efficiency, this experience has been disappointing. It is my hope that steps can be taken to improve the repair process. This will be my last BMW purchase, I’m on my third.
