I appreciate Pete Lopez, his willingness to listen to what I was looking to accomplish was what I was looking for. He was able to get me into a vehicle with lower payments than what I was paying before. He didn’t let me settle for any vehicle, he made sure I got the vehicle that I wanted. The customer service I received from Pete Lopez was superb.

The service of the salesperson or the sales girl who's attended me and the cell manager and finance manager were great I bought two cars from them I bought a 2013 equinox and I bought a 2018 50th anniversary Camaro Hot Wheels but the equinox came with a lot of problems which nobody could anticipate it consumes a lot of oil and from 2010 to 2013 The equinox had oil consumption on it thank God that I bought the extended warranty for it but now I have to change the oil on the equinox to see here it's still consumes oil and how much oil will they consume I understand my equinox has 86,000 miles and it should consume oil so thanks and I do like their their service thank you

I recently had a highly disappointing experience at Bert Ogden Mission's service department. I brought my 2019 Chevrolet Silverado in for a recurring transmission issue (shuddering), which is a known problem for Silverado models from 2018 to 2020.
I was offered two service options: a $350 transmission flush or a $650 flush that included a filter replacement. After confirming multiple times with the service representative, Irma Ozuna, that the filter would be replaced, I opted for the more expensive service.
My truck was at the dealership for three days—two days for diagnostics and one day for the service. When I got my vehicle back, the mechanic informed me that he had forgotten to reinstall the transmission plug. We both returned to the shop, where the mechanic confirmed that only the transmission flush had been performed and the filter was not replaced as promised.
Ms. Ozuna explained that the issue stemmed from a lack of communication among the mechanics and admitted it was their mistake. However, despite acknowledging the error, the only reimbursement the manager, Roel Esquivel, approved was $34, which did not account for the significant labor difference between the two services. This refund does not fairly address the difference in labor time.
This experience has left me feeling misled and dissatisfied. I trusted Bert Ogden because of its reputation, but this incident really hurt that trust. With the lack of honesty and transparency, I won’t be coming back for service or thinking about buying another vehicle from them. I’d recommend others to be careful when dealing with Bert Ogden’s services.

Best dealership you could wish for. Mr. Jorge Rivera is a superb salesman, and faught for me to get me into the car of my dreams for a great price. Every department has your best interest in mind. Willing to work with you in just about every way. They bought my ZL1 from me and got me into a beautiful C8 Z06! They work quickly too. Took them half the time it took for the other dealer to get me into the ZL1.
I feel as if they were 100% honestly through and through which is all you can ask for.

My experience was nothing less than perfect! Christian Camario was who assisted me in the purchase of my new Chevy. I know that buying a car is a different experience for each person due to many variables. That said, I can state that the team at this dealership is the best that I have experienced. I look forward to utilizing their service department and the future purchase of another vehicle.
