Recently purchased a used 2015 Escalade. Overall buying experience was not great but wasn’t horrible. The dealership seemed to care about the customer put new tires, windshield due to crack in it, and an oil change before delivered to me about a week later. While this year does not come with projection (apple carplay) this one had it. Salesman pointed it out on the test drive. Upon receiving the vehicle “magically” it no longer had it and the gps no longer worked. Also newly installed windshield was delivered with a chip. Was told by the salesman to file a claim on it since I paid for the warranty. Informed the salesman about the radio and my suspicions but ended up going nowhere. Be cautious making a purchase here especially used there seems to be some bad actors working for that establishment.

I had a fantastic experience buying my new car. Frank Figueroa worked very hard to meet my husband's and my requests. I highly appreciate his professionalism and quick responses to our messages and calls. Norman Garza was equally helpful and his enthusiastic personality made the setup of the Cadillac app, OnStar call, and signing electronic documents go by quickly and pleasantly. Great customer service guys!
P.S. They have a delicious cappuccino, as well.

This is where it’s at! My wife and I were looking to hop into a Newer Cadillac and put our 2019 Escalade behind us. We did just that, with all the thanks to Abraham Rodriguez who made this possible. Had to have recall work done on my vehicle.
First was given a date and time to bring my vehicle in.
Brought in at date and scheduled time..sat almost 25 mins waiting, tech came out and told me they did not have the part needed and it would take a month to get the part. Shouldn't they have known this before they had me come at a scheduled time...wasting my time and gas. Along with now having to wait a month for the part to come in...INDOLENT ATTITUDE and very unprofessional.

I purchased my Cadillac Xt6 back in October and it was definitely an experience to remember. I had to basically look at the inventory online and show them what I wanted and kept getting excuses that it was at the other shop but never brought the vehicle in. They kept saying they didn’t have the vehicles I wanted to look at but when shown online and proved otherwise they didn’t have an option but to actually find it and I only got shown pictures. Long story short, I purchased my vehicle which was missing the towing back cover and the manager and sales rep Marco Rdgz stated they would bring in a brand new one for my truck and would call me as soon as they received it. LIES. I don’t live nearby which is the reason I haven’t stopped by but I have called and messaged multiple times and only get ignored and no solution. It’s been almost a year, I never got a response and what was part of the purchase deal was not honored so I have to pay full price at was negotiated while them not completing the end of their deal. I had read the good reviews but I guess I was just one customer they took advantage of. I can honestly say I am not happy with the purchase and sad I’m stuck with it the way it was given with stains in the sets that were hidden at first sight, no cover, and a bad customer service.
Jakob replied to contact him via email for assistance, but it has been three days since responding and once again I am ignored. That is awful customer service.
I am still wondering when I will get a response. A month has passed and no response. It has been 8 months and I’ve replaced the tires, oil change and I don’t even use this truck for travel.

I bought a NEW Escalade 2024, but they are not very honest in making deals and many things hidden in the sale... I really didn't like the place or the seller Adrian, a little despotic and uninterested in the customer, I could have bought 2 more but because of the deal I couldn't It was done. The seller promised to improve the price and he didn't deliver so I didn't continue with the other purchases.
