I was late to work almost fired due to them shutting my vehicle off for supposedly not having insurance even though I did and the lady was hanging up on me after trying to find out how long it would take

Horrible customer service, they do not open the vehicle you want to buy from them to see it; much less try it until you show them your paystubs first or bank account and until you show them they serve you... They question you to know how you found out about their junk cars... I don't recommend anyone buy from this place.

I was not notified when my car got shut off even though I had called that same day to make a payment. They claimed I did not have insurance but in reality I just had a different policy number. They “postponed” my next payment date yet they charged me 2 payments instead of pushing the dates forward.
