Zac Jones I have worked at the Mingus Post Office for the last two years. Phone has never been left off the hook. And have never spoken to you about delivery or any other subject. Please explain your review and who you spoke to. Clearly you are mistaken about which post office you dealt with!

They keep phone off the hook to avoid calls. Lie about delivery access to avoid service. Typical USPS offices in Texas are excellent, this one is not.
