We met our son here for lunch because it's about halfway between Abilene and Fort Worth. What a great experience! Great food! Great people! Highly recommended!!

Drove by this place for years and finally stopped in on a Saturday. Cool little place. Super nice people and the local crowd was there to support. Have a feeling they have quite a few regulars. Food was down home style cooking. Portions sizes were great and the price was amazing. Omelets hash browns, toast, oatmeal, and a full order of biscuits and gravy, and a full side of bacon came in at a little under 30 $. Oh ya, a medium orange juice too. Real nice. Left feeling very satisfied and in better spirits than when we arrived. That's what really matters now isn't it?

For decades, we've been driving past this place without stopping, but we finally made the time on this trip—and it was absolutely worth it. The food was delicious, with a homestyle touch, and served very promptly! The service was exceptional, and we even had the opportunity to learn about the place's origins. We'll definitely be making a point to stop here again in the future.

Oh.my.gosh!!!! The taco shells were perfectly crispy and it saved me room for chocolate pie! Sweets had a hamburger steak with mac& cheese. He loved the rolls.

Food was good and atmosphere was interesting (in a good way). Service was....awkward .... maybe since we weren't regulars. We'll definitely give them another chance down the road.

We've been driving past this place for decades and never stopped, but we made the time on this trip. It was definitely worth it. The food was very good, home-style coming and it was done very quickly! The service was incredible, and we got to learn a lot about the place's origins. We'll for sure be stopping here again.

The food was fine. My daughter LOVED the greasy cheeseburger with a gf bun. The chili is authentic Texas chili with no beans and really good. The sirloin…meh. Mine was like buying a cheap sirloin in the store, my husband’s was better, but it was a sirloin. HOWEVER…the customer service and atmosphere is what really gives this place five stars. Kind, friendly, accommodating and just great. Ohhh, and the buttermilk pie is delish. We will definitely be back when driving through again.Dietary restrictions: Gluten Free buns available!

The food in my opinion, is the best i've ever had. Displace is a hidden treasure. I will be back when I'm in that area. Thank you for all the good service, food. And atmosphere.
