Terrific property nuzzled in a cozy town. Perfect for any weekend getaway. We had the good fortune of having our company retreat here, and everything from the service, to the food, to the rooms, to the things to do, the toy store, the crazy water... 10/10 would recommend and can't wait to return!

We did not stay here it was a day trip. The shops are great and the people are very friendly. They have a men's shop that is great. When we walked by the receptionist desk out of curiosity of the rates. The receptionist replied "our cheapest room is" and my wife asked for a range and she replied again with the same response. Don't always judge a book by the cover. We will wait till 2026 to stay at the other hotel.

Walkability: All is close enough to walk

This was my first time staying at the crazy water hotel. I flew in from Anchorage, AK. After flying overnight and being awake for over 24 hrs., I arrived at the hotel 9 AM. and was told that I couldn’t check in until 4 P.M. The rest of my experience has been good. The rooms are night and the kitchen is very good for staying long term. Other than the poor customer service, the hotel itself is good.
Rooms: The rooms are very nice and I RWB joy the living area.
Walkability: The hotel I located downtown and within walking distance of several shops.
Food and drinks: The hotel is near several restruants but they close early and have different hours per day of week.

I always love my time there. The rooms are so spacious and clean but unfortunately I didn't have dish towels in my kitchen. It's a great thing I packed paper towels in my bag. The bed was very squeaky and I don't prefer that none of the doors have additional locks. The people who work at this hotel are all very courteous and kind! They are all accommodating! My stay was great!
Food and drinks: I love that there is a coffee shop in the hotel! And it's so peaceful and wonderful to sit at while you sip your drink! The girls who work there are wonderful!

There's a lot more here than the hotel! There's a large, air conditioned public area with a brewery, restaurants and boutiques.
Great place to meet friends.
Nearby activities: World famous mineral waters, many ships and boutiques
Food and drinks: A nice restaurant and a fantastic brewery.

We went to Mineral Wells for a weekend trip mainly because my son wanted to stay at this beautiful old hotel and it did not disappoint. The room was immaculate and spacious. The views were amazing. The staff was helpful and friendly. (Melody helped us) The building has been beautifully remodeled while keeping the old charm. The shops and museum downstairs were great! Security is good and the restaurants are wonderful. Shopping on the Main Street was fun! We went to the Crazy Water bottling shop and that was interesting. We will definitely be coming back!

Nearby activities: Shopping, restaurants, crazy water shop, taco truck, national parks
Safety: Very safe. There was great security.
Walkability: Easily walk to all the nearby shopping.

We've visited this hotel several times, then we have not stayed there. There are many businesses, on the ground floor, offering several varieties of gift items. Many of the gifts are made locally, in Mineral Wells. Great place to pick up souvenirs.
