My truck was vandalized November 13, 2022. I sent my truck to another shop where it sat for six months. Finally I sent my truck over here to Randys to have it fixed come to find out they no longer made the part that was broken. Randy Service Center searched for months for that part when we finally decided to just claim it as a lost cause. They kept my truck safe and all the items that I had left they are the sweetest, and most honest people I have ever met in the town of mineral Wells, I highly recommend them to anybody they’ll give you options they help out as much as they possibly humanly can and they’re just so sweet and they understand that you may not be in the best mood but they make it better. I wish I could give them even though my truck was unable to be fixed which was no fault of theirs.

I cannot agree with the glowing reviews of Randy's, although my encounter occurred about 10 years ago I belive it's still under the same ownership. At that time, Randy was often in the shop and was aware of the situation.I was trying to sell my recently passed mother's older but in very good condition Toyota Cressida. In fact, a man was driving down here from Okahoma to buy the car he had seen online, and did, although I had to reduce the asking price after Randy's got through with it. I took the car to Randy's for a minor repair. They called and told me it was fixed, but when I arrived they couldn't find the car key. I did not have another key because I didn't live here and didn't know where another key might be. They kept the car for more than two weeks and apparently didn't find the key but told me to come get the car. When I arrived, they gave me two keys, one for the ignition, and one for the trunk. (The original key had fit both.) They had removed the original ignition switch and installed a very messy looking different ignition switch (without asking my consent or approval) that stuck out about a half-inch father than the original. They also had torn off the steering wheel column cover and just laid it on the column where if you touched it, it practically fell off. To add insult to injury, when I questioned the hanging-off column cover, they said, "It was like that when we got it."Although, I have lived in Mineral Wells since then and have owned 5 automobiles, I would never let Randy's touch a vehical I own.

We are from the Houston area and we’re up by Mineral Wells for a baseball tournament and our transmission went out on the side of the road with no cell phone service we were stuck out their with 2 little ones for almost 4 hours and a gift from god was sent a nice couple stopped and let us use their phone for a tow and recommended Randy’s. They said they may not be the cheapest but they are the most honest. Everyone at Randy’s was amazing they gave us several options and let us choose the one that worked best for us. We obviously were very anxious to get back on the road. Randy and his staff were able to get a brand new transmission ordered and installed in about 24 hours. Not only were they extremely helpful, honest they were another gift from god. They lent us a car to drive for the day. It was an amazing experience under the extreme circumstances. They recommend local places to take our kids to keep them entertained and they were all just the best. Thank you all so much for getting us through this difficult day!

LITERALLY THE MOST HORRIBLE SPOT TO TAKE YOUR VEHICLE!!! So unprofessional, don’t take your car here! My truck was there for over a month and when it was “ready” it still had the same problem when I took it in. They just want to rip off the insurance/your money.

I wish they had a sixth star option This shop is outstanding they will go above and beyond the staff are very knowledgeable they won’t just fix your vehicle and let you ride off on a prayer they pay attention and check for wearThey give great service at a competitive rate the people who work on your vehicle treat it like it belongs to a cherished family member really awesome people and a great friendly atmosphere

I dropped my car off on a Wednesday and was told they would call after they looked at it. 9 days later they call and say your car is ready and you owe us $600. I complained and said this is not right. They adjusted the bill down to $324. I asked if they would elaborate on what they did. Guy said I don't know, I didn't work on your car. An elderly lady came in and asked for an inspection. He told her inspection guy was on vacation and to go next door. After she left he said I'm the inspector, I just don't have time.

Customer service is horrible the manager was very unprofessional and rude I would not recommend this shop! VERY RACIST! Whoever is the owner needs to fire entire staff immediately!
