Ask for Rob when you go in he helped us save a ton of money by switching and taught us some tricks with our new phones. Great customer service as well as a playfull atmosphere.”

I really didn't understand how to correct the issues I was having with my phone .They kindly explained and helped guide me through fixing it . Even though I was probably not the most understanding of what was actually happening ?♀️?. They didn't rush me out, took their time and made me feel like I wasn't a burden.

My experience with Russel Cellular was the exact opposite. I came in wanting a smooth add on to my account and walked out with a 17 Pro Max for a great deal. Chloe was friendly and kept the cost transparent with us. Any questions I had were answered. Overall, the interactions between co-workers here were also very professional and exactly what you want to see as a customer.
