The lady from Palo Pinto asked me for the favor of publishing this business badly because she faced an injustice with one of her employees who attended her for an oil change in her vehicle, which this salesman with very long black hair He lost a $100.00 dollar bill and the seller claimed that he only received a $20.00 dollar bill. And the person in charge did not give a solution to the problem. It is unfair that they take advantage of this way with a lady. Of the third Age.

Took my truck in because the transmission was slipping and the driveshaft was messed up and and I set up a appointment and drop the truck off the night before it sat there for another week so I went and picked it up and I set another appointment up and it said there another week until they finally got to it and now it's been there for four weeks and they're still working on the driveshaft. They can't find the right yolk they say. and they say they can't start on the transmission until they fix the driveshaft

Brought my 2016 Ford F150 that only has been serviced at Ford dealerships in because my engine light came on for low oil pressure. Service manager says that there is a foreign substance in my oil pan possible voiding my warranty and leaving me with a $11,000.00 bill. I hope that the warranty realizes that this is a mistake and steps up and takes care of it. I will follow up when I hear back from the warranty department. Cliff Montgomery

I bought a Honda CRV over two years ago with my grandma, it has never given me problems or any issues. Keep up with your oil changes, tires, maintenance and these cars stay up to good shape. I'm in college, someone who travels over 2k miles a month, from Huntsville to Dallas to MW. My grandma has also bought two other cars from here and service was great, quick and fast. Wish I could remember who sold me my car, but it was quick and fast. He also gave me a Back the Blue pin that has stayed in my car as I'm in school to become a cop. Love the support. Thank you again.

My King Ranch had 34,600 miles on it and after paying $300 for a full diagnostic ya'll couldn't fix it. Towed it in, got it back and it continued to not turnover, no starter, nothing. Traded in my now useless Ford for a 2021 Dodge Laramie 2500 Heavy Duty 6.4L Hemi. Ya'll convinced me due to lack of being PROACTIVE in my being stranded, repeatedly, with no operational vehicle to buy Dodge, for life. No more Fords ever. FYI, I had planned on keeping my King Ranch for life but your service or lack thereof got in the way. PS. I went from a Ford lifer to a Dodge lifer all right down there at your dealership and it only cost me $300.

I had my truck towed to have the fuel pump replaced. Tony is extremely rude and unhelpful. I picked up my truck 2 days later stoped to get my kids dinner and it wouldn't start. It's going to be interesting to see if they make me tow it again tomorrow and if my children are without a vehicle until Monday.

I contacted Jack Powell Ford because I needed to get my truck inspected to see what was wrong with the AC and my tailgate handle was broken. I dropped my truck off early in the morning soon as they opened. And they contacted me at around 3 o'clock to tell me they diagnosed the issues. They then tell me what the price was and it was much steeper than I thought it would be. So I decided not to fix anything and drove my truck home. One hour later they called me to tell me that I owe them $130 for them diagnosing the issues when they never told me beforehand that it would cost that much or after the fact they waited till I was already home and over an hour later that I owe them $130 so I had to drive back to dealership to pay them. Not only that but I also did notice that they drove my truck 5 miles when I had already told him the issues with the truck then I questioned them about the 5 miles and they said I have no idea normally they just take the truck around the block. All this to say the service was awful and I will not be going back.

Amazing service. No doubt about it. Called in one morning, dropped my truck off, and within 6 hours they had everything completed and I was done in one business day. Would recommend to anyone.

I've barely had my car 6 months and I've already had a blow out because of a messed up rim and now I have to get a new battery. It's barely over 40000 miles, never going here.
