ATM FEES ARE REDICULOUS, BUT, THE CURRENT MANAGER IS TRUELY AWESOME, AND WORKED HARD TO KEEP MY BUSINESS. THIS IS THE ONLY BANKI KNOW THAT DIRECT DEPOSIT IS A DAY EARLY EVERY TIME. Online app is just fine. Really fast and convenient. GIVE THIS BANK A CHANCE, THEY HAVE IMPROVED LEAPS AND BOUNDS.

I have been doing my banking with this branch since 2005. I have NEVER had any problems with it ( even when they were going through Managersike running water.The Manger they have now is awesome. She put up with my ignorance of learning the new app ( which I love) .The othergirls have always been freindly , Courteous and helpful..I fully plan on staying with this bank and this branch.

Absolutely the worst bank I have dealt with. You can not do mobile deposits for 90 days, can't let your account go under a specified amount without penalty, and can't close the account before 90 days without penalty. Absolute joke of an institution.

This bank is a joke. No literally. Since Walmarts all close now you have no access to a Fee Free ATM. I guess that's convenient. Also they rolled out a "new" app that's actually a recycled app that small banks use. My credit union has been using it since 2011. But wait there's more. Their version of the app has times during the day it refuses to work, usually around lunch 12 or 5pm, how convenient. This bank is the most inconvenient bank I've ever used.

The hidden fees they charge are ridiculous, you can’t use any atm that isn’t theirs without being charged double, the app and website are constantly down so there is no way to see your balance without going and waiting in that notoriously long line and then when you get to the front the workers are less than competent, in fact they are rude they can’t focus on customers without talking to each other and that is at every location.

Everytime we go to check our account balance online it says we need to contact customer services to reset our password! When you finally get someone the phone they are rude as hell most of the time! Worst bank ever can't wait to switch bank's tomorrow after work!

I do not have and will never have a account with this bank ! The one star I gave them is the price to give a review, they don't deserve it. In the future I won't even take their checks as payment. I was told that they wouldn't cash two checks from their bank, the checks were made out to me and signed, my wife signed under my name with both of our IDs. She was told that they couldn't cash them because she wasn't on my account. Once again I do not have a account with them and these are First Convenience Bank checks. After a mind bending conversation with their teller, My wife drove across town to one of our banks and cashed the FCB checks. I the words of SNL's church Lady " HOW CONVENIENT ".

They have been great to me, I got a good sized check in, it was before Christmas an the branch manager let me have some up front so I could spend on Christmas. The rest was put on a 10 hold she kept trying to get it early but the bank from where the check came from would not let her know if the money was released or not. The check was finale released. They have been very helpfull. I have not had anytroubles. If you get the bank app, It won't charge you to check your balance. Its a great ap.
