Friendly staff. The lady that helped me took her time and spoke English well that definitely makes a difference. I have no issue with non English speaking workers but it makes for a better experience when you have someone you're able to communicate better with. I was on my phone and she even laughed at the some of the stuff I was saying. She apologized and said she didn't mean to pry and I was ok with that because obviously being in a small shop like that anyone can't help but to listen here and there and if you understand English well and hear something funny, you're going to laugh.

Went in today after 9:30 (open) just to have my toes done and was informed that there wouldn't be anyone there until after 11 am. The only had one person doing nails. I don't get a chance to get them done because of my schedule and once I am home, I don't go back out.

I came here looking for a good nail salon, and left here still looking. The tech was putting on used gloves, yuk! I ask if she reused them and she said yes. Then she also was using unwashed unsterile instruments. I ask her about that too, and she put them back until later when she pulled them out again. She also hurt me when cutting my nails, and scratched my foot which bled. I'll be using antibiotic cream for sure, and hoping I won't get an infection. I won't be going back here for sure!

It wasn't the worst experience, but far from the best and it was expensive on top of it. I think satisfaction here really depends on who you get. I noticed the locals coming in had a specific person they asked for and waited for and I saw why. The person I had was very nice, but not at all thorough, precise or really good at all. My nails were rough and the polish uneven and globby. If you need to go here, it seems Kate is the one to see. I just wish I had known that.

The worst nail experience I've ever had. I showed the picture of what I wanted and this is what I received. Not only that he cut me with the file and kept going.. would never recommend.

the lady who did my nails argued with me the whole time. when i tried to talk to my mom about what we were getting the lady rudely interrupted several times. she cut me multiple times and never apologized or really even acknowledged what she was doing. when her nail drill got too hot i would pull away and she never acknowledged what i was doing or even acknowledged me when i said something to her multiple times. after she put the oil on my nails she took the pillow that was sitting in my lap and tossed to another chair and said "wash your hands now" very stern. the guy that did my moms toes were very rough to her feet to the point she was in discomfort. he basically criticized my mom about the way her toenails looked and how she "doesn't take good care of your feet". yes he said that to my mom who is a paying costumer. needless to say i NEVER leave reviews. this places has terrible bed side manner and i mean TERRIBLE. overall my nails and my moms toes turned out how we wanted them. it was just the way we were treated.

He is very personable. He had to turn several customers away and felt really bad but he just didn't have the time. It was 5:30 so he was closing soon. The younger guy that did my pedicure was really gentle with my feet. I have ingrown toenails and he was not rough getting them out. My daughter's favorite place to go and the manicurist can do designs he always does hers and they are never disappointing. Best place in mw. Prices are reasonable.
