Update: Manager has contacted me and is supposed to get me a solution!!
I paid for the monthly subscription and have yet been able to access outside of normal operating hours. It’s a 24/7 but for some reason it will not read my license plates and let me through. I have spoke to the attendant who has let me through and assured me he would get my info entered correctly! I waited a week and tried to go last night after my Walmart trip, but it would not let me through! I had 3 cars held up because the manager that it says to contact after operating hours refused to answer her phone or text messages! And here it is 11 a.m. the next day and still haven’t heard back! I finally had to ask the people behind me to back up so that I could get out of the way because why would I pay for a wash when I had already done so! The lack of customer service here blows my mind.”
