Well, I have to say this is probably one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with any dealership. It took them days to even acknowledge I had a warranty. I had to do most the legwork and find prior invoices from other work done previously when I do get my jeep back the axle locker was stuck on and now it turns on and off randomly while I’m driving, when I pointed out the problem upon picking up my vehicle, the mechanics advice was for me to unplug the sensor and plug it back in if it ever happened again. even though they were aware of the problem and caused the problem they’re solution is for me to bring it back to them so I can get charged another deductible and miss work for another few days. my jeep is actually in worse shape than it was when I brought it to them and they charged me money for this outstanding nonexistent customer service.

We just bought our first vehicle from Jimmy Wolf in March of this year and just purchased a second vehicle from him today. He makes picking out a vehicle so easy. In March we were torn between a Ram and a Ford. He was patient and let us look at both and we went with the Ram. Today I looked at and test drove both the Wagoneer and the Expedition. He asked me what I liked and disliked about each one and was more than happy to run through all the things I wanted in my vehicle and event let me drive the Wagoner again just to make sure it was the one I wanted. I can’t thank Jimmy enough for all his hard work in making sure the vehicle purchases we make are the best.
Also Jack Porter sat us down and made sure our numbers were exactly where we wanted them to be at with no pressure in buying. He ran through the maintenance packages and helped us make sure we were covered as much as we wanted and in our budget we had in mind. His dog treats are an added bonus to every purchase made!
Thank you, Jimmy and Jack, for making our truck purchase such a breeze in March and again today for our car purchase!

Very dissatisfied with the service department. My AC quit working in my Ram so I took it in to have a diagnosis done. Toliver found a leak in the evaporator core. They told me it’d be $3700 to fix. I asked for a bid and cost break down. The gentleman at the service desk told me he wouldn’t be able to provide that. That right there is sketchy enough, so I continue to ask questions about the quote. After about 5 or 10 minutes, he finally tells me that it’s a $600 part and 13 hours of labor. So, they were going to charge me over 3 grand for labor. That is crazy. I took my truck to American Automotive in Lindale and they quoted me $1403 and it only took them 7.5 hours to complete. My first encounter with Toliver was Last year when my power steering went out. They charged me $4500 to repair and I was stupid enough to pay that price before realizing that other places only would’ve charged $1900 for that same exact repair on my truck. The service department at Toliver is nothing more than professional scam artists. If you enjoy keeping your hard earned money, I do not recommend using Toliver at all!
