I had to take my car in into a shop in Tyler to get some work done. MCR was recommended by the shop. The insurance company wanted to use Enterprise. I called MCR and spoke to Tanya. She called the insurance company and got me into a Kia Sorrento for the same price Enterprise wanted for a Corolla. Tanya dropped off the vehicle in Tyler and picked it up at the shop. Tanya was nice to work with and I'd use them again.

Outstanding service from start to finish! My daughter was in a pinch, and Riley and the team replaced my windshield, ordered new tires, and even fixed my bumper with great attention to detail. They truly went above and beyond—highly recommend!

My car broke down and I was having a terrible time trying to rent a car at Enterprise--they wanted a $300 deposit on top of the exorbitant price for the rental itself. Mineola Car Rental really helped us out of a bind. The price was reasonable compared to every other place we considered. They made the process super easy for me, I am local so they brought the car to my house for no extra cost which was such a blessing. Every single person I talked to on the phone about the rental was very friendly and helpful, and Tonya was especially kind and understanding. Really exemplary customer service, I will recommend Mineola Car Rentals to anyone needing a rental. Thank you all so much!!

Man talk about a life saver.... this place is a one stop shop during transportation emergency situations... some lady ran a red light and busted up my spaceship.... had to get a rental and repairs done asap for work purposes. Leah and the girls were on top of it. From picking up the car to constant communication to ensuring all my needs were met. Hands down the only place to go for body work and a rental. Their mechanics and auto body s were knowledgable and swift. 5 start shoutout to Mineola paint and body and Mineola rental cars for a superior way to do business.

Tanya is absolutely the best! She couldn’t have made this experience any easier. This was my first time to rent a car. The car was spotless clean, fresh smelling and fuel efficient. She explained the rental process and the forms I signed. Robin was also very helpful when I called to tell them when i would be turning the car in. I HIGHLY recommend Mineola Car Rental.

The estimates are terrible the mechanic are rude , and can’t give you time estimate or days it’ll be ready because he’s scared he won’t make money he said, and he told me to go another place . It was laughable. Me and my boyfriend were super weirded out about his attitude. Anyways there two places in hawkins (only one town over)who may be farther but so much better , nicest people you’ll ever meet and will charge you fairly and give you a time estimate and be straight forward with you❤️?
