I pray to whoever is reading this saves their money and don’t go to this goodwill I went to goodwill to purchase these pants while trying them on the tag came off and was lost so the lady told me I couldn’t purchase them even when I knew the price of them and most of the jeans cost the same price so she told me to come back the next day and they will be there with the tag and she put them on a “special rack” near the front check out so I left and came back the very next day to find the jeans out with the normal jeans with no tag!! And she tells me come again tomorrow we can’t help you and I’m thinking to myself a third time are you serious!??! Waste more gas ? I thought she must be joking, so with that being said I can firmly say the staff are very uncaring of there costumer’s problems but not just the staff the manager as well they didn’t even come to address the situation I’m not even from here and I can say this is the worst goodwill I’ve ever been to in my entire life no respect for the customers it’s like they have no emotion just waiting to get paid and leave and the manager couldn’t even come out to help me nor the other customer there with a problem both times horrible I tell you just horrible!!!

If i could give no stars I absolutely would. Today is the last time my family will shop at this particular goodwill. The past three times we've been here we wasted our time looking for items we would like to purchase, only to be told at the register that they don't have price tags on them, so they get sent back to the back of the store to be "processed." Shouldn't these items that we've waisted our time looking at be "processed" prior to being put out on the sales floor?? And the cashier is so blatantly rude about it each time. I would even go as far as saying she's treating us as if we had taken the tags off our selves.To sum this review up. I would not recommend spending your hard earned money at this particular store, unless you want to waste your time shopping for items you won't get to purchase, along with getting rude treatment from the cashier.

Called to donate lady said yes would take it get there the guys only wanted a couple chairs. Don't go here very unfriendly place.we had some furniture, electronics, dishes,household, and pictures.

I went to the store last week,around 11:00am,wanted to purchase a few things,so my stuff came out to about $30,all I had on me was a $100 bill,the cashier didn't have the change in his drawer so he called to the back of the store and told em he needed change to cash a hundred, when the little man from the back came up front he rudely thanked me for wiping out his cash supply,soooo,I rudely told him to give me my $100 back and he could keep his stuff. That man shouldn't be working in the public! Needless to say,I will not be going back,besides that,their stuff looked like a winter display of stuff,no summer dresses,no good jeans,looks like the people picked through the clothes and put the worst stuff out, I couldn't believe it.....

Haven't been here in awhile, it was like walking into a department store, things are priced so high I can pay less at Walmart. All there stuff is given to them from people like me and you. They are running it like a retail store and their stuff was just JUNK! WILL NOT GO BACK, RUDE STAFF AND HIGH PRICES!!

Terrible- the Goodwill stores in Mt Pleasant and Sulphur Springs do not enforce wearing masks, but this particular store is so high and mighty they actually make you leave if you don't wear one, even if you dont have one to put on or have been vaccinated! If you say you don't have one, instead of offering one they just tell you you need to leave. How rude! So glad I moved away from Mineola, this store usually overcharges for things anyway. Came in to kill some time, only to be humiliated in front of everyone in the store because I forgot my mask.

The store was adequate in appearance, but we didn't find much. I'm aware merchandise changes, but I won't be likely to Goodwill due to every store I have gone to within the last few months having steady price increases. The difference is shocking.
