This is the only place I've been in Mineola where the staff is just nasty. I've been there twice to pick up prescriptions and the person at the window is always incredibly rude. Today I needed to pick up meds for my granddaughter. The lady at the window said it would be 30 minutes, I asked about transferring it to Lindale, she said I had to call that cvs to start the transfer. I specifically said, nevermind, I'll be back in 30 minutes. I drove home and asked my son to go pick up the meds but when he got there the lady said the prescription was transferred to Lindale. I thought maybe she had transferred it anyway so I called the Lindale cvs and no, it wasn't transferred, they just didn't fill it.

The pharmacy has the worst customer service. They are rude and act like helping the customer is beneath them

Just want to say that Jessica was so friendly and helpful last night! All I needed to do was drop off a package for UPS, but her friendliness and prompt service was exceptional, and she put a smile on my face for the rest of the evening! Thanks, Jessica!

If I could give "0" stars I would. My doctor called my Rx in around 5pm. I waited up until 7:50pm to go pick up. When I arrived the pharmacist and tech were just standing around talking to the woman who works up front. They were just riding the time clock till they closed at 8pm when they could have been filling people's Rx's. I will be calling them in the morning and having my Rx transferred. I will never us e them again!!

Pharmacy is terrible. Told me my medication was no longer manufactured and that’s why they couldn’t fill it after leaving me in limbo for days on end. Why on earth they thought it was better to LIE than to just say the RX needed to be ordered is beyond me. Don’t waste your time, use another CVS location or another pharmacy in town.

I wish I could leave a zero. This pharmacy has been so unhelpful. every time I go through the drive thru. There is always a issue and it forces me to come inside. They even made me come inside knowing I had covid. This use to be a good pharmacy but it has gone so down hill.
