This is the worst pharmacy. Do not use them. They're twice as expensive as Kelly Drug and extremely unpersonal & unprofessional. Avoid this place.

Went to pick up my prescription and they don’t open till 11. The website and the sign on the pharmacy says open 9-6. It’s is 9:19. Drive 20 miles to pick it up. Now have to drive home and back. That’s 60 miles to pick up my prescriptions. I’m beginning to hate CVS.

I normally do not take the time to leave reviews, but the lady at CVS in mineola deserves a million stars! My daughter and I coupon on weekends and we use it as part of her homeschool study. We were looking for a certain product and couldn’t find it and were going on to the next item, when the lady working today heard us, found the items that had not been unloaded and stocked on the shelf and brought them to us! It is not often anymore that you will find someone who is willing to go out of their way to help! Especially without even having to ask!! It is so appreciated and she was absolutely precious!!

The ladies at the window are disrespectful, Unprofessional . I made appointment for drive through testing . They told me they don’t do that and I said I have conformation codes they didn’t even want to see didn’t care and told me as much. Remember the golden rule . High school was long ago for you. The people that come to get their prescriptions or tests are not below you.

This pharmacy has cause me and my family great problems, both my parents use this pharmacy. My mom has recently broke her leg and my dad has a bad back the pain medication that both thier doctors called in to CVS mineola.was out of stock and has been out of stock for over a month said it could be weeks beforethey could fill it. We have tried for three days now to get it transferred with no luck. They should send a notice to the doctor writing the prescription if thier out of stock to this extreme.

If my insurance didn't require me to get my prescriptions here. I wouldn't. When I come in here it is usually 5 minutes before someone comes to the counter to ask what I need. Today my doctor called in an order 45 minutes ago and the salesperson just told me it would be 20 minutes before it is ready. Then she told me to sit down 3 times. I prefer standing.

This is the only place I've been in Mineola where the staff is just nasty. I've been there twice to pick up prescriptions and the person at the window is always incredibly rude. Today I needed to pick up meds for my granddaughter. The lady at the window said it would be 30 minutes, I asked about transferring it to Lindale, she said I had to call that cvs to start the transfer. I specifically said, nevermind, I'll be back in 30 minutes. I drove home and asked my son to go pick up the meds but when he got there the lady said the prescription was transferred to Lindale. I thought maybe she had transferred it anyway so I called the Lindale cvs and no, it wasn't transferred, they just didn't fill it.
