I love my CVS pharmacy. Erica and her staff are always so friendly and caring. I have recommended CVS in Mineola and will continue to do so.

Made an appointment for vaccines by phone but, when we got there, they had our names wrong. Instead of fixing our names on the appointment, they made us go to the end of the line where we had to wait for 30 minutes as if we hadn’t made an appointment at all. Another time, we waited in the drive-thru for over an hour to pick up prescriptions. These folks are very, very, very slow and one of the staff we dealt with had a real attitude issue.

The pharmacy staff member went out of her way to be caring and friendly; she took extra time to confirm the insurance status for their payment percentage. I couldn't help having a big smile on my face as I left the store. A hugeThank-you to the Mineola, TX pharmacy and store staff!

Customer service,is less than zero in the pharmacy. They have a good stock of stuff in store but don't expect help or even curtesy from pharmacy staff. Don't bother to call......wait time on phone liable to be over 20 minutes.

The little girl at the Pharmacy window was very rude and condesending. I didnt realize I was using an old debit card and she advised it was declined and thats fine but it was her delivery. Perhaps a little training for this young person, would help. Looking at the reviews from the past year you have an issue with rude employees that should be addressed.

The customer service at this pharmacy is beyond bad. Drove 30 minutes to pick up a prescription that was sent in during the night. Online hours say 9am, however the lady at the drive thru window stated they just opened (at 10:30 am) the prescription wasn't ready and we were told it would be another hour before it was ready. There was no one else in line at the drive thru and 3 cars in the parking lot. But it is going to take an hour to put together an antibiotic? Bad customer service, work ethic, and over all thoughtlessness.

Because of previous negative/ horrible experiences I've had with other CVS pharmacies over the years, I chose a different pharmacy altogether when we moved to Mineola. My husband decided to have his prescriptions filled at CVS. The problems have included not having meds ready for pick-up even after he had received a text that they were ready, slow and apathetic service and declining to contact the physician for refills, stating, " You need to do that yourself.". Customer service is truly non-existent with CVS pharmacies, across the board. My husband finally agrees and will be switching his prescriptions to a local pharmacy this afternoon.

We've had a few prescriptions filled here, and Wii continue to do so. Standard CVS store, but the employees are a little more friendly than in many locations.
