“I had to take my car in into a shop in Tyler to get some work done. MCR was recommended by the shop. The insurance company wanted to use Enterprise. I called MCR and spoke to Tanya. She called the insurance company and got me into a Kia Sorrento for the same price Enterprise wanted for a Corolla. Tanya dropped off the vehicle in Tyler and picked it up at the shop. Tanya was nice to work with and I'd use them again.”

Daughter and I stopped by for an estimate on my car. Stood inside the office for a while. Nobody ever came out to great me. I went outside to see if someone could do an estimate and one of the guys went back into the office and he opened a door that was next to a two way glass and he told someone back there that there was a customer out in the office. Whomever thst was said they'd be out in a few. I waited fir several more minutes and still, nobody came out. So I went back around to the side and told them. I waited standing outside my car for several minutes more and still, nobody ever came out. So we left. So I can't comment on the quality of their work because I have not had any work done there. I know they came highly recommended so I went there. Maybe just a bad day.”
