LOGAN DESERVES A BONUS OR AT LEAST A LITTLE SOMETHING TO SHOW APPRECIATION FOR GOING ABOVE AND BEYOND FOR YOUR CUSTOMER. HIS PATIENCE AND HELPFUL DEMEANOR IS UNCOMMON THESE DAYS AT ANY CUSTOMER SERVICE ESTABLISHMENT. ESPECIALLY AT CLOSING TIME. MY HUSBAND AND I HAVE BEEN SHARING A VEHICLE FOR 2 WEEKS NOW AFTER REPLACING THE FAULTY ALTERNATOR. WE HAD TO REMOVE THE BRAND NEW ALTERNATOR AND HURRY OVER TO GET IT TESTED AND LOGAN WAS ESPECIALLY NICE AND HELPFUL WITHOUT ANY ATTITUDE WITH NO PROBLEM STAYING AFTER CLOSING. I GOT THE REPORT ON 2 ALTERNATORS AND 2 BATTERIES IN LESS THAN 15 MINUTES AND HE OFFERED TO HELP WITH THE STARTER I HAD AS WELL. WHAT A BLESSING. HE IS AN EMPLOYEE MOST BUSINESSES WOULD LOVE TO HAVE! I WILL CONTINUE TO COME TO AUTOZONE AS THIS IS THE REASON I CAME HERE INSTEAD OF THE OTHERS IN MINEOLA. THE SERVICE WAS EXCELLENT LAST TIME AS WELL. AWESOME JOB AUTOZONE!”

Even on the battery there was no pressure to purchase the more expensive one. The worker was great and switched it out for me, and I was in and out in no time. “I brought my car here for a repair. They went ABOVE AND BEYOND any expectations I had. Not only was I able to get a loaner car on site, they handled all communications with the other guys insurance. When I picked up my car, I was pleasantly surprised to see a seamless repair PLUS a thoroughly clean car, inside and out! They also cleaned my over oxidized headlights so I can now see when driving at night. I will take any and all repairs to Mineola Paint & Body and Rental. Everyone showed me great customer service!”
