Got a flat tire on the highway and was able to bring the tire to Jeff. He quickly fixed the flat and the tire is still doing great 6 months later. Jeff charged an honest price and did good work.

This is the best!! We've had them handle many situations...from a totaled vehicle to painting a classic vehicle. Excellent work and experienced personnel! I'd highly recommend them.

This place is phenomenal! I would give them 10 stars if I could! I stopped by this afternoon, because I had just nearly pulled my front bumper off on one of those concrete parking stops. I expected to get an estimate and a future date to come back and get if fixed, hopefully not for too much $$$. Well, the nice fellow (Joe? I think..., anyway, everyone there was extremely nice!) told me he could do it right then, but I had to take care of something first, so I came back about an hour later. He popped it back on for me, looked at some other things on my car that concerned me but recommended that I not worry about them unless I cared about how my (13-year-old) car looked (I don't), and then shook my hand and said, "No charge." I was gobsmacked, to say the least! What a nice, honest, helpful, neighborly way of doing business! I suggest anyone who needs bodywork check out this admirable business!

The service here is amazing! I guess I have bad luck with cars because I've come here a few times for cars. They are SUPER nice, helpful, and honest! It's a little bit pricier than other body shops because Jeff's auto body gets parts straight from the dealerships rather than aftermarket parts, sooo definitely worth the money!! Made my car look brand new!! Will always go to him go repair my car!

DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU ARE A PERSON OF COLOR OR A WOMAN. They treated me with the worst disregard and absolute disrespect. I checked this place out because I herd from someone how great and attentive they were at this shop. This person who told me this was a man. Worst mistake to listen to them. I went to get a part for my car and they told me it would get there on a certain date, so I had made arrangements and scheduled to get my car fixed that day. The day comes and they don't call me, I have to call them and make sure they are ready to receive me so I can drive there and get my car fixed. They tell me the shipment is late and that they would call when it got there. They never called me so I called and checked in again and I received the news the part was actually already there. so we scheduled the date to bring my car in. Once again, I made arrangements so I could take my car and leave it for a couple days. When I got there I was in the waiting room getting ready to take an Uber to my next arrangements and they told me they got the wrong part for my car!! They told me they would reorder the right part and call me. But of course-no call. The message was loud and clear. I'm not going to beg a business to receive my money and this shop obviously did not deserve my money or any of my families or friends. Learn how to treat people equally and with respect and maybe just possibly you'll get the big bucks in the long run.

Auto repair is a tough business. Repairing your wrecked car is not a pleasant experience. The auto repair business is not an automated production line or an over-the-counter sale. It is complex work done by highly skilled people. Then there is the negotiation between car owner and a business trying to survive. Insurance companies are not too happy about dishing out money. They will promise you 2 or 3 days to make a sale and it might take a week to months to complete with parts ordering, damage repair and painting. This discrepancy in time estimates goes with the industry and being competitive. Do not take the time seriously. Most repair places do not have unlimited storage space so they want your car finish and off the property.Jeff's Auto Body gave an accurate cost estimate and stuck to it. The final job looked great. I asked for a few other favors and they complied with perfection. A consideration is they want the 3% charge for credit cards paid by the customer. A money order from your bank is free or of little cost. As far as money goes, Jeff's Auto can be trusted. I find them to be the best of what we have to chose from.

Jeff's was awesome from the start. Always happy to help, and they go above the job description to help their customers. Their communication is excellent, always pick up the phone and they kept me informed every step of the way. Definitely recommend.

Oh my god, I love this place. I had a horrible time with a couple of body shops/dealerships and was ready to pay just about anything to get my bumper reattached. I called Jeff's and got booked for a consult a week out. When I arrived, they quoted me an estimated price, and scheduled me for two days later. They kept my bumper at the shop so I didn't have to drive back home with it. I came back in two days later, dropped my car off and it was ready in a couple hours! Looks clean and beautiful and the best part...only $275 (without paint)!!! The other places were trying to charge me $600 (without paint). They held to my appointment time, and quote. Customer service was fantastic...from the guy who did my consult to the lady who checked me out (I wish I had gotten names, it's been too long now). Thanks so much! I will always recommend and I will come back for any auto body needs.

Jeff's was amazing! Quality service and care, you can trust your car is in good hands here. This was my first time being hit and dealing with other insurance companies, rentals, etc. Amanda at the front desk was god sent!! She was so helpful and worked to make sure everything was as smooth and stress free for me as possible, I appreciate her so much!! Communication was great the shop can text you with updates no need to call and wonder. Would recommend Jeff's to everybody!!
