These people stopped delivering our mail, for no reason at all mail lady is a old hag and extremely rude. Packages are being returned without our permission causing a huge problem. My wife can't pick up our kids birthday presents or numerous other important packages because they're in my name. I can't pick them up because I work on the road year around and barely get to come home. 10 out of 10 would give these people 0 stars if it was a option. Also would use someone different if I was able to.

Our mail lady scans packages as "delivered" yet forgets to leave the package. She also leaves certified mail in the mailbox. She has broken the door off of our mailbox and then leaves us a note saying "please fix your mailbox or I will not leave your mail." She also says she won't bring packages up to our door because she is scared of our dogs. Our dogs are inside dogs. Just today I had a package out for delivery (according to the tracking info) and now my package is at a post office over an hour away..... And USPS expects us to trust them with our votes? How many people live in Midway? 150 to 200?

If I could, I would give the US Post Office in Bryan 0 stars! This post office is absolutely the worst by refusing to deliver our packages to our door since our apartment complex is no longer excepting packages to be left in the office for the residents to pick them up there. The post office uses the excuse that they don't want to "endanger" their employees by having them going up and down the stairs! According to the Postmaster General, they are supposed to deliver to the door but yet they can't force them to do that, so I wasted my time by contacting both facilities and filing a complaint against this local Post Office because they are not willing to change. If it isn't the Post Offices place to deliver my packages to my door, who's job is it, may I ask? What are we, second class citizens because we are living in an apartment? So from now on I will use FedEx and UPS for the delivery of my packages because they are not afraid to be going up and down the stairs and by the way, we are living on the 1st floor! I guess the Postal Service doesn't need the money from costumers, there are a lot of people living here in this complex and I realy hope they all will do what I am doing, giving their parcel business to an other carrier, one that is willing and able to deliver to the door without complaining and whining about having to use the stairs! I hope every resident refuses to come down to the Post Office in order to pick up their packages, which is precisely what they want us to do, to chase after our parcels and I for one refuse doing that!

2 out of 3 of my recently delivered packages arrived in my PO Box OPENED! One was missing contents. Not sure if they are looking for cash, gift cards & goodies at Christmas time...? Because of this, I chose to use UPS to deliver all my packages that I have always mailed Priority Mail by USPS in the past. I gave an extra star for the friendly employees working there.

The post office now has minimum sizes on boxes you can send. The postal employee who informed us of this offered for us to buy a padded envelope to place our "too small" box in. Our box was 4.5"x3.5"x2". It's not like it was a matchbook. Save yourself the aggravation of dealing with us government employee idiocy and just go to UPS or FedEx. We will only be sending packages through these other agencies now. It's time for the government to retire from the mail business. It's such a horribly run entity.

Great service every time! No matter what time of day or what time of year, especially the Holiday's, you get awesome service. What a nice group of people working there. I always leave with a smile.
