The ladies here are awesome. They were informative, very patient, and non-intrusive. The location was clean, organized, and inviting. I see why my little cousin wants Ultra gift cards.
Parking was spacious and plentiful. The store was in a nice, easy to find area.
I was able to locate with some help nearly all of my products. I've never shopped in an Ultra store, but I will definitely return.

I have been to many stylist here in midlothian and Luly is the only one who takes my dark hair and transforms it into my vision. Luly truly gives it her all anytime I’m in her chair. She takes her time, she is so great at setting expectations and making goals that can be possible to achieve when wanting to go lighter after darkening your hair for years. Her persistence, devotion and determination to give her clients her all is the reason I will NEVER leave her chair. If she ever leaves I’m leaving with her! The best all around hair stylist I’ve ever been to. Ulta you are extremely blessed with the best, and that is Luly!

Ive shopped at this Ulta several times and have had good experiences but stopped in this evening to do some shopping when sales lady asked if I needed any help. I asked if she had ever used an It eye cream. This particular one depuffs and tightens. I said I had read negative reviews about the peter thomas roth one online to which she replied well you have to read the instructions and one bad review doesnt make a lot of negative reviews. I didnt notice “be rude to me” written on my forehead when I left the house.

Made three trips to the waxahachie store, given mis-information each time, then was sent by them to the Midlothian store, again with bad information, but Wendy the mgr. At the Midlothian store made it happen! , and made my day. They’ve got my business!

My partner visited tonight asking for a haircut and all over color. Rebecca worked with her and completely ruined what she wanted and ignored her concerns as she say that her hair was three different colors before drying. The “stylist” completed disregarded her concerns and continues to poorly blow dry her hair. After it was dried they both saw the roots were red, the middle was patchy blonde, and the ends were a copper brown(the only part that was the correct color). Not to mention the stylist barely cut anything and left many dead ends while charging for a full cut. After seeing the results, the stylist said “Oops. Too late to fix it. You can pay up front.” My partner was basically in tears at the front desk at and verbally displeased with the outcome, and yet was still charged for the botched job. The person at the front desk offered to call the managers and see if anyone else could come in and fix it the next day, but we never heard anything back. The fact that the mistakes were not even offered to be fixed that night by Rebecca or anyone else and that she was STILL CHARGED for a style that had her visibly distressed is despicable and utterly unacceptable. Do not visit this salon. Do not work with or book Rebecca. They will do nothing but ignore and overcharge you for whatever they want to do. A disgrace.

Do not book with Rebecca she will tell you she doesn’t have time and cancel your appointment once you show up to your scheduled appointment. I even offered to wait since she was with someone and she just rolled her eyes and said she doesn’t know when she will be done. Didn’t even offer to help reschedule I had to ask if anyone else was available and even that was a bother to her to assist with. Worst customer service ever and waste of time. If you don’t want anyone booking afternoon then cancel all appointments Rebecca. I only had a scalp wash and blow out and showed up few mins early just to leave very disappointed.

Went to Midlothian Ulta today and asked to use my points at check out (which you have to ask or they will not check for available points at Ulta) clerk said yes you have points. Checked my receipt when I got home and points were not applied.

Amazing customer service from Kelly our cashier. She was super helpful with me and my mom. I stopped by for birthday gift and she took the time to suggest different products for me and was overall very patient with us! She is also bilingual for my mom who only speaks spanish, she has a super sweet and pleasant attitude every time. Loved her! I suggest going in on a weekday because the weekends get BUSY!

Talked with my stylist about my unhappy perm. She added me to her schedule and re-permed my hair at no charge! It is absolutely perfect now! Thank you for taking the time to listen to me and correct the problem. I'm so glad I found my stylist and the Ulta Salon! Adrienne is the best! I'll always come here now.

My girlfriend was in desperate need of makeup and a few other items. She sent me a text message with nothing but general items because she could not shop herself. When I got to Ulta, a female representative met me at the door, being a man, I was panicked and so I asked her for help. The woman had such confidence she calmed me down and we proceeded to help me shop. After showing a picture of my girlfriend to the woman, she knew exactly what to pick out. My overall experience was great. I would recommend this location to anyone. I don't know the woman's name but I'm sure she will remember the guy who knew nothing about makeup, lol. I wanted to say thank you for such great customer service, my girlfriend loved the makeup and the irons. Well done!!!! I told my girlfriend about the experience and we will definitely be coming back. I'm sorry for posting your picture but I wanted to make sure you get the recognition you so much deserve. Thank you, my girlfriend loves the makeup and the irons.
