Eileen is absolutely horrible. Boring. Non welcoming. Bad attitude she seemed bothered that she had to cut my hair. I asked for a 2 all around. And it was the fastest haircut I ever had in my life. Your cut should not be done in less than 10 minutes!! And she left a lot of long hairs I knew she messed up. She should just stay home. Your pregnant so just lay on the couch and do nothing. You shouldn't be working Don't cut anyone's hair while your pregnant. Your horrible EILEEN!!

Always have a good time here but lately it’s gotten even better. The vibe is just super fun, and laid back. Great service and wonderful people working there. Sometimes there can be a wait, but that’s because they are great at their jobs and lots of people want them to cut their hair. The online waitlist is great.

I’ve been going here for years. Took my kids there a couple days ago and the stylist absolutely butchered my youngest sons hair. Side burns were over his ear and angled. Supposed to fade his hair up but she didn’t. His hair is an absolute nightmare and I had to take him somewhere else to fix it.This is the last time we will use sport clips.Too many bad experiences and horrible cuts.

Always a great job, Abby and her staff are all very nice and considerate. I even witnessed how they handle adversity from a complaining customer with style and grace and highly recommend them. Complaints from others about an automated system (that they have no control over) is redundant and unnecessary, praise over the human aspect is just as necessary and these professionals deserve praise.
