My overall experience at this location has been profitable and pleasant.
I can be fussy about the information details on my cans and invoices and I used to work in retail paint sales so I think they might have gotten to know me somewhat. I've just pretty much switched all my paint business to their location. I'm a small outfit, home repair and painting contractor so I appreciate the one "go to" location for my job paint supplies.
*Always ask for when and what is on sale it can literally save you hundreds $$$*

Great employees that work at the Midlothian store. They were very helpful in helping me to match a stain color I was needing. Also a very clean store and well stocked. I highly recommend this store.

Midlothian is one of my favorite stores to visit, I'm a painting contractor and with my schedule I'm needing good fast service along with competitive pricing, the staff here is on point and always takes care of me. When I walk in they all greet me and treat me like I'm the only one there, I love the service and care given. Thanks guys.

I couldn't find the porch and floor paint I needed. I called every store for miles. Not just Sherwin Williams but every store. I finally found some at a store I won't name and asked if they could tint to Sherwin Williams Peppercorn. They said yes but I got home and it was a horrible color. I returned the paint. Finally the local Sherwin Williams store in my town, palestine TX called and said they located some at Sherwin Williams in Madisonville TX. I didn't want to wait for it to be shipped so I drove 1 1/2 hours to Madisonville. My deck is complete now and the color matches my trim on my home. It's a deep rich gray. It looks like the deck is a part of the house now. It went on smooth and is so beautiful! I just can't get the help, advice, and professional knowledge at the big box stores. Thank you Sherwin Williams.

This store has the worst customer service ever. Last week I called in a order to this location as they are the close to the office. We normally don't shop this location because of terrible customer service in the past. Due to the shortage of paint products we tried them again. NEVER in my 55 years have I been talked to by a customer service representative. The girl name Callie that works this store is rude, and very unpleasant. Sherwin-Williams your representation at his store needs work.
