I just got back from this QT. It's 2:44AM. The over night associate is not the right fit for this position. Especially unsupervised. Unfriendly, could not seem to communicate but make sounds as responses. When I walked in she had more of an interest in a parked car in the parking lot with their lights on, that she was making a mad dash trying to get to and we met at the door and she had to turn around because I was then in the store. So that set the tone right there. She did manage to check me out. Not a thank you, Nothing. HOPEFULLY she goes back to where she came from. No one here in Midlothian wants to deal with anyone that acts like that.

QT Kitchen, today at this QT, the Kitchen was struggling pretty hard this morning around 09:30. They were confusing orders, taking longer and making messy orders. See attached photo.

This QT has to be the most poorly ran location. Often no tea or rollers out. Corporate need to visit and make some leadership changers.

I am a frequent customer here. Their gas is reasonably priced and they have a large selection of snacks and drinks in store. But today the store was extremely, they were mopping with a store full of elderly customers and no caution signs anywhere...i think this a law suit waiting to happen. Also the fridge was making a prolonged beeping noise which hurt my ears horribly. The decaf coffee was also out of commission which posed a major threat to my dear friend with dietary restrictions. i'm very disappointed

Three stars. I've been coming to this location for years and am satisfied with the cleanliness of the store. However, I've noticed that the employees tend to rush the patron when checking out. Today, I didn't even know what the employee was saying, he was talking so fast. Also, the coffee machine was broken, so I was pretty disappointed about that because they have great coffee. 3/5

Our local QT sure has gone downhill since they opened. The coffee bar has numerous items that are not working or taped off. My freshly cooked pretzel was barely warm. The floor was embarrassingly dirty. I know y'all are better than this
