I came to buy some freshwater fish and most of the tanks had a lot of dead fish, seems like they never give maintenance on the tanks. I'm just so disappointed.

Grooming -
Refused to groom my dog because he had his shots overseas at a military base by a military vet while my family was overseas. His shot records were good enough to enter the U.S., but not good enough for a haircut. Will never come here again.

I love this place, the staff is friendly and every time we take our dog there, she's always excited to see them. Sometimes, it's hard to get our dog to go home with us. They've always treated us great, and our dog loves Brie.

Having two cats and a dog, I shop here just about weekly for all their needs. My main purchase items are Tiki Cat wet & dry food, the refillable cat litter, Stella & Chewy dog foods, and the variety of dog treats. I have never had an issue with items being out of stock, which is a major plus.
The staff is super friendly and helpful as well.

I enjoy coming to this Petco because of Pam. Everyone she interacts with, she listens to you and continues to give solutions or just allows you to talk/vent. Huge thank you for having wonderful customer service!

The isles to the pickup area are too narrow and have fragile merchandise on them.
Also the staff is not all that friendly.

They sold a female Jackson Chameleon as a panther for $399.99.
I notified them twice and called corporate.
"A" manager said they ordered a panther, but Jackson is what arrived.
Fraud defined.

The groomers did a great job with Riley’s Grooming, Although the Price was originally $77 we went to pick him up it went to $95 with a tip. But for a once in a while grooming I think it’s worth it. I can definitely see there is great quality & love put into his grooming. My little guy is so happy & he says keep up the great work. Ruff Ruff??♥️

I should’ve just went to petsmart.
I bought a betta fish for my daughter and have had him for about 3 weeks now. Yesterday we decided to get him a live plant for his tank. I asked for help since I am new to this and the girl that worked there. She told me about the plant and I asked which one she would recommend since she said she had a betta and she pointed two out that were in another fish tank where there weren’t any bettas. I immediately thought it was weird, but just waited to see if maybe she was going to go get it from a container or something. I told her which ones I wanted, There was one in a pot, and then one that was attached to the tank. Still waiting on her to get it from somewhere else, She said that she was going to get a container and put them in there But that she needed to get the algae off of one of the plants. She stuck her hand in the water to get the plants And used her thumb to wipe off the algae That was on one of the plants And put it in a bag. I asked her if I just put it in his tank or do I need to take him out first And she said that I would just put them in his tank. So I got home and put them in his tank. I don’t know anything about fish, but he seemed to be curious about it. This morning we woke up to a dead fish. I went to Petsmart to get my daughter a new one before she got home so that she wouldn’t notice because she has been obsessed with this fish since we got it. At Petsmart they’re very knowledgeable and You can tell that they love what they do. I immediately regretted going to Petco for a plant. This lady said it does not make sense how They just grabbed a random plant from a random fish tank, mixed with other fish THEN Didn’t even properly clean the plants Before she gave them to me. Might not seem like a big deal, But just wanted to make people aware. Highly recommend the Petsmart in Mansfield.

You have the best selection of fish. I have been looking for key-hole fish for all most 10 years now. You had them. I know, I can get them on the net but I am not willing to pay $150.00 for fish at one time.
