A $13 carwash selection cost me $20 because no change was dispensed. I called the phone number listed to report the problem and left a message but have not received a call back after 2 days. I guess the longer they wait to return the call, the harder it becomes to prove I lost $7.

Brush was busted off the swing arm, and the parking lot was filthy I left.
