“Went in just to inquire about a service about two months ago, guy took his time to explain everything. So I decided to switch, it took a day or so to get the phone I wanted but I was in no rush with the good deal I got. Went back recently and made changes to service and again same guy helped. And he helped an older lady, while I waited, to explain how to work her phone’s volume ??. Ty!”

“Not a good selection of higher end phones. Cell network service is very good. The don't knock your data speeds down to a halt like metro. And they text you when your data is at the limit to give you a cheap option to buy more and keep trucking until the cycle restarts. Service in store was good. I've been on their network for 2 straight years.”

“Our family has been with AT&T for 20 plus years. Our home internet and cell plan charges have skyrocketed! AT&T service is less than we desired as well.
We walked into this location fed up with our old provider. Marissa literally walked us through the process of changing to Tmobile cell and 5g home internet. She thoroughly explained EVERYTHING!! She jotted down great notes for us. She followed up on every detail. She texted us on her day off and after hours. Marissa ensured our initial bill was right. Talked to our old provider so we could cut ties with AT&T. Her service knows no bounds.
