My things were covered in rat urine and feces. My unit was broken into and the lock was cut. I was never notified and happened to notice when I went by to get something from my unit. When I called they said they meant to call me and needed me to report anything missing to the police. But back to the rats... they chewed through boxes, destroyed leather purses, ate through wood and more. When I first noticed a few rat pellets I asked the office if they treat for rats. They said yes. But clearly they have a problem. Most of my things were in salvageable and due to the lack of help this far I didn't make a big deal when I moved my things out. Not worth it.
