I’ve been going to Mack’s for 23 years. I have everything done there and have relied on them for referrals for transmission and engine repair. I have never had a bad experience. They offer the best price on labor, especially considering they do it right the first time. They stand by their work, too. They will not replace a part just because it is worn, they are honest and give it to you straight. I would not go anywhere else in Midlothian or DFW. Plus, you will always get a friendly, down home greeting by real people.

Always easy to deal with, and on top of communication. As a plus, they will work with your aftermarket warranty provider. I used to do all my own repair and maintenance work because I really enjoyed it. Today, at my age, I don't bend, twist, and flex as I once did, so the dun is not what it once was. Additionally, I value time with family, and supporting local businesses that give me value and time back in my days. Heck, to be honest, most my cars appear smarter than me these days, :)

Avoid this auto shop if you're looking for reliable service. My experience was marked by a significant lack of honesty, with an overblown diagnosis that resulted in expensive, unnecessary repairs. It was particularly concerning how this could exploit women, making them more susceptible to overcharging and misleading advice about their vehicles' needs. Exercise caution if you're thinking of taking your car here. Honesty is crucial in auto care, and unfortunately, it's not what you'll find. When I called to discuss my concerns, the response was far from apologetic; the call was abruptly ended, further demonstrating their disregard for customer satisfaction.

Reliable - Honest - Fair Pricing - Didn't feel sore when I left the place. Once parts came in, there was no time wasted in repairing the vehicle. Calls were made to myself with updates. I'm very happy with the service I received from this shop. My second time to use them. Both great experiences.

I can not say enough to let everyone know what awesome service I received at Mack's Automotive today. I had emergency vehicle failure on the highway today, and a good Samaritan recommended Mack's Automotive. They were extremely considerate of my situation and took the time to work my vehicle in for repairs even though they had plenty of others scheduled for today. Service was efficient, and the bill was reasonable given the nature of the repair. Would definitely recommend them to anyone in the Midlothian area needed car service.
