Lee’s jewelry has always provided me with excellent service. I started going in to get batteries for my watches and then I had a pair of diamond earrings that the screw on backs had worn out over the years, I went in and he put new posts and a different type of locking back on the earrings, I am very pleased with the way they turned out and don’t worry about the backs falling off and losing a diamond earring. Today I picked up my original wedding ring that’s 35 years old that they replaced a diamond and a prong on, it looks great and so shiny. They originally told me it would be 3 weeks to get it back but only took 2. I highly recommend Lee’s if you need jewelry repair.

I had a wonderful experience with Lee’s jewelry. He was able to fix the small diamond on the halo part of my ring. The prong was also missing and he replaced it. He also plated it to make it shiny and new looking!

Very reasonable prices. I had a watch battery replaced there. I have paid as much as $20 in other places for that same service. I will be back for other purchases and services. This is the type of small business communities should support.

So 2 years ago I walked in this place to have some gold appraised. In less than 2 minutes Mr Lee told me it was all fake, said it was "costume jewelry". Well today I finally decided to try somewhere else just for a second opinion. Went to Caves and walked out with over 4 grand! I guess Mr Lee didn't like my tatted appearance that day.

They took some links out of my watch for free. I went back a few weeks later and they rhodium plated my wedding ring Checked and cleaned it. Therefore I will always come back here when I need to buy jewelry or get service.

When my husband originally dropped off my ring to be fixed; he was originally quoted 3 1/2 weeks. Well; our anniversary is before that. I won’t lie to you; I cried. So I called Lee’s. Was kinda mid panic attack.Lee’s called my husband two or three days later and told him it’s ready.When I went to pick it up (because you know I was excited, so I was the one who HAD to pick it up) the lady said “you’re the girl with the anniversary yea?” And I said “yea” she said “yes, I told him about it and he fixed it right away for you”It was an easy fix and literally so nice of them. I just wanted to have all the necessities for our anniversary and I think my wedding ring is included in that, haha.Thank you Lee’s for not only doing it with speed, but doing it with compassion. I appreciate it, my ring is beautiful again!

This place is my go-to for fixing or replacing my watch battery. I came in to get my watch repaired because a pin was missing. The man that helped me was so very kind. I even asked for tips on how to prevent something from happening again and he was willing to give suggestions on what I could do. I find their customer service is top notch and they're always willing to be kind and helpful as best as they can.
