This laundromat is absolutely disgusting. Every surface is filthy. The floors are filthy. The machines are filthy. The windows are filthy. The countertops are filthy.Not to mention they’re still using quarters. I used an $8.50 machine and I had to sit there for five minutes entering Quarters into the machine.I don’t understand the five star reviews, unless they have changed owners. I didn’t even dry my clothes because I couldn’t bring myself to be in that nasty place for one more minute.Midlothian deserves better!

It's still an old favorite with years of memories. Hot water is not always hot, and large machines don't spin water out like they should, so you'll spend more on dryers than necessary, but it is what it is. I'm glad they are open for business still.

The lady there disappeared for like hours. I needed her because my washer started leaking.... Now mind you it was my fault because I left a sleeve out, but she was nowhere to be found for like an hour. Then when I saw her she was very nice and friendly. She also started to clean up my mess... So maybe she was in the restroom and ate a bad hot dog, lol. I was having a bad day and she tried to cheer me up. Very nice lady, I forgive her for not being there lol. Luckily nobody slipped so we are good. Also, I accidentally left a load there and I do not know how to call and ask what they do with a leftover load since I do not have a vehicle nor is there a number listed. So, if I had a way to call, I would give it 5 stars. Oh, and it's pretty expensive. A big load costs 8.50. Which, not being from here, seems OUTRAGEOUS.... but clothes came out very clean and machines and place were very clean as well.

I wish it were possible to wash-it-kwik if there was water in the machines!! EVERY week that we come here there’s not an attendant present that’s supposed to be there 8-5p M-F. So when I need a refund because there’s no water in the washer after I’ve put my money and detergent in I have to track down someone via phone. It’s like someone just comes to open the door and then leaves for the day. I keep getting a machine that’s broken and I’ve tried several different ones. Also, I’m willing to accept a little dirtiness because the location is the closest to where I live but it’s getting ridiculous. Not one time that I’ve walked into this establishment, even when I come at opening, is it clean and not have unraveled braiding weave coming out of the detergent door. It’s time to take my business elsewhere after 4 months. If you can’t handle the needs of the business then get help. If you can’t be there during the hours that you state you’ll be there then stop communicating that to your customers.

Laundry Boss is amazing! Quick, hangs, folds, uses your own detergent if you want a specific kind. I drop my laundry off in the mornings and its usually done by end of the day. Not guaranteed by end of day and that's ok with me. Aimee is super sweet, and It is worth every penny to me. She is very affordable. Convenience is everything!Thank you Aimee!

My experience with this service has been phenomenal! Grateful that this Laundromat offers wash and fold services. They are prompt, fast, and do excellent work. Typically 1 to 2 day turnaround.

Nice place to wash your cloths if you need to... the one thing that I noticed was some of the machines don't rinse your soap all the way or at all until the second wash... I add soap to both 1 and 2 soap trays and only my second one got added...

Should a washer not work , don't expect help. The number listed is for their "professionals services " only. Rude and unprofessional. Your better off washing your laundry in a creek
