“I have never had any issues with this branch or this bank. They reach out to me via email and phone call when a breach or fraud is suspected . Whenever we have needed to get a new card, it has always come fairly quickly in the mail and they give us a temporary one to use in the meantime. Everyone I have dealt with has been helpful.”

“Went to Midlothian branch today for husband to open a savings account. They only had 1 person helping with accounts. Waited so long to get taken care of.Usually go to Mansfield branch on Country Club has so many more to help. If we didn't have to wait for about an hour in Midlothian it wouldn't be so bad.On the positive side, I Love Texas Trust. People are always friendly and always takes care of my needs a timely fashion. I won't leave them.❤️”
