5 inches more than she asked for. A good stylist would have not cut sooo much off to start. Lesson learned I'll stick with a salon experice. Sometimes a 20$ haircut is just that..a 20$ haircut.

I'm the GM from next door at America's Best. Due to the weather, we had a lot of water come in. Thankfully, the manager Popeye, gave us towels to help us out. Each person on the staff is kind and definitely the place you need to go to for all your haircut needs.

If I could give zero stars I would. I went in for a simple trim 1in to an inch and a half at most. I came out with about 4 and half to 5 inch cut off and my hair is extremely uneven. When I mentioned it to the cashier who checked me out. She said I had to pay and no one ever gets what they want in a hair cut. When i asked for a receipt and both ladies names she declined to give me either. Seriously I will never be back. That was the worst customer service I've ever recieved.

Took a chance on Great Clips in Midlothian today. Desperately needed a hair cut! I checked on the reviews to see if this place was going to work for me. I walked in a requested one of two different girls I saw in review. Neither of them were there today but the other ladies there assured me they all did great jobs on women’s hair. Not that I was doubting any of them! My hairdresser was Laci and let me just say, it must have been meant to be!! Laci was awesome! She asked me questions about the style and checked after each section for evenness and to confirm how short I wanted it. She had the greatest personality! Great suggest and did a great job!!! I think luck was in my favor to have gotten Laci to do my hair!!! I will be back!!! Everyone was super sweet!!!

I arrived at the salon with my daughter who we were having constant difficulty with her thick dry hair constantly knotting almost to thick dreads. Sarah was simply AMAZING! She was patient with my girl, explained what she was doing step by step, took her time, chatted with both her and me, and explained to my daughter how to look after her hair properly in the future. My daughter has vowed to look after her hair and use the products that Sarah suggested. Thank you so much Sarah for looking after her.I also got a cut from Whitney who was outgoing, bubbly, funny and was excited to cut my hair! She continued to confirm lengths and style to ensure I was getting what I wanted and I really appreciated the consideration. Thanks Whitney you were a joy!
