I made a purchase a few months ago ! The owner was very accommodating ,even while they experienced a flood in their business she opened up just so I could buy one Mirror ! She even refunded me some of my money because she Couldn’t find more ! This is the Cutest Shop I’ve ever seen! I’m writing review now because I’m going to contact her about another mirror !

Absolutely disgusting business practices and customer service. Long story - I wanted a cake plate for my wedding and sent it directly to the baker and paid for UPS shipping. They sent it via USPS to save money and it didn't deliver because USPS has complications delivering there. If they delivered it via UPS like I paid $10+ for then we wouldn't have problems. Then Tami and Karla asked me for more shipping money even though it was their fault they sent it via the wrong delivery system. They tried to blame it on me. They ignored my baker's phone calls until she called them through another number and was going to accept money from my baker who was nice enough to try to cover my delivery charges. They claimed that small businesses hurt from delivery charges. Then to try to rectify the situation, they offer me 15% off my order, which was $1.60 and they "nicely" rounded up to $2. Really, all we're fighting about is about $8, but it's not the money - it's the principle of things and they are terrible people.

My only regret is there is not ZERO stars. These people listed a SET OF PLATTERS and sent ONE. BUYER BEWARE!!!! The pic showed a set of cream platters...they called it platters WITH AN S. ONE DINKY PLATTER YOU WOULD GET AT A FLEA MARKET FOR A COUPLE BUCKS COST $25.00!
