I had the best experience coming to this discount tire. Thank you, Craig and your team, including Josiah and a few more who instalked my work truck tires. They replaced all four tires and the spare. In about 5 to 10 minutes and they made my enterprise Fleet management approval very easy and hassle free. I can’t thank these guys enough. They should ALL be given a raise. I appreciate you guys very much and thank you for your experience and professionalism

I bought a full size spare from Austin at this location. He gave me lug nuts that did not fit the spare! I was out of state, on the side of the busy road trying to change my tire and had to end up calling roadside assistance to have him drive me to an Auto Zone to replace the lug nuts.
I told the guy my story at the counter after bringing my car back in and he blew it off like it was no big deal! The least they could’ve done is reimbursed me for the kit I had to buy because of Austin’s brainless mistake!

Discount Tire is the Chick-fil-A of the tire world. Their people are professional, knowledgeable, and take customer service seriously. I had an appointment today and when I walked up to the store there was a sign with my name on it to welcome me. This small gesture made my day. They helped me out with something that another DT store couldn't help with. Great guys and they have a customer for life!

I've been a Discount Tire customer 15+ years in Arlington TX. I just started working in Midlothian and went to this Midlothian location during my lunch hour for air pressure check. I waited in a long line that wrapped around building for 30 minutes due to the cones preventing me from leaving. When I finally got to the front of the line, the young man that was doing the air check was summoned by someone that I'm assuming was the manager. They both looked in my direction and then I see this young man proceed to empty all the trashcans at the tire changing stations. At that point, there was only one other car waiting besides myself. I was beyond livid, and running late to get back to work. I have never felt such disrespect from a service center as I did at this Midlothian Tire store. One star is one too many.

I had an impact bubble in my front tire on my way to the airport. Craig was able to fix the issue before the flight. Very friendly and honest people at this location.
