This place is absolutely phenomenal! My nails always look amazing and their customer service is 100000/10! Ivy, Becky and Annie are wonderful! Highly recommend!

I DO NOT recommend gel Nails here. They don't last not even half a week. I went back to get the ones that started chipping, and the manager/owner questioned me what I had been doing to had them chipped. Instead of apologizing, she told me I could have them done again with a discount. First of all, I didn't have time for that, second of all, I didn't want to pay again in less than a week. I had them fixed and after 2 days, they chipped again and I DO wear gloves to wash my dishes btw. Walked out of there and still the manager/owner did not apologize.

It really bothers me when I tell someone i don't want something and they do it anyway plus charge me. That was my experience at Diamond Nails. I specifically asked for no massage on my legs, I only wanted a basic pedicure. Get the callouses off, add moisture and paint my toes. They tried the massage and then charged me for it. If that is your thing fine, but it isn't mine. I hate massages because I don't like to be touched by strangers. I will NEVER go back. My tech wasn't very good either.

Was pretty disappointed. I never get my toes or nails done, and decided to treat myself for an event the next day. Called ahead and scheduled an appointment. Got seated, waited over 30 minutes, and all I got was water in the tub. Just very disappointing and waste of my time. There was another lady sitting next to me who had been waiting even longer than myself. My best piece of advice is don’t overbook. Majority of people don’t have 2-4 hours to spend at the nail salon, if you’re booked just tell the customer that. If someone with an appointment comes in and they’re still going to have to wait, tell them that. Please be more considerate of your customers time.

I've been going to Diamond Nail for about 2 years now. In those 2 years I have been so pleased with the atmosphere, the service, the excellence and it is always delightful to go to. I had only 1 bad pedicure, I told the owner about it, and never had that person again. They aren't even there anymore. I tried several other nail shops before Diamond but once I found them I was hooked.

Susan did my manicure and did a wonderful job. I don't do a good job of taking care of my nails so they have their work cut out for them when I come in there. Tommy did my French dip nails. This is the best set of nails I've ever had. His attention to detail was beyond what I would expect. He made sure I looked beautiful. I can't wait to come back here.Services: Nail art

This place is fantastic!! The location for them is unfortunately the reason they don’t have a line out the door!! Everyone there is friendly, knowledgeable and careful to make sure you’re getting the exact service you’re asking for. Alex and Suzzane are my go to!! Make an appointment because they’re always pretty booked with regulars! I’m not sure why I forgot to write my review long ago but Midlothian, if you want a great nail spa, stop looking and go here!!

This was my first time here and I loved the service that was given to me. No wait at all they got right to me and the lady that didy nails was very passionate and concerned that I liked my nails. She took her time on them. The guy that did my nails he was great he gave me a great massage and pedicure. I will be back.Services: Pedicure

Well apparently if you're a male and walk in for a pedicure they give you Someone who doesn't know what they're doing.... Apparently they hire anybody off the street with no experience This is our ingrown toenails happen from Personnel not knowing how to give the correct pedicure.... Oh and also did I mention that I called ahead and asked for somebody that knew what they were doing I'm on my feet a lot I want to take care of them... so it's very important how are you supposed to find a reputable business
