The guy in question went out of his way to look under the hood. Gave us info on what may be the issue, and gave us suggestions based on what we wanted to do. Very professional, very kind.

So i just walked in the store to ask for a part. There was a guy with curly hair counting bills not looking at me at first. Then he asked still not making eye contact and continuing to count bills.” How can i help” he said, do you have this part i showed him. “ do you have a part number” he asked. Usually they ask for a model number, not this time. No i said, “with out a part number i cant do anything” i guess if need parts from Autozone you better become an expert on part numbers, otherwise good luck finding a part there.

Great place for finding the right part for your vehicle.Always drop my used oil here because they accept it unlike other places in town that are alway "full" or want to charge.

Quick in and out. No problems, except they didn't have a pressure tester I need for my coolant system. If you don't know what you're doing, don't rent a tool and break it call me and I'll do it for you. Gonna just buy one now.

Gave me 3 bad thermostats back to back to back tested all 3 never opened up got up to 200 degrees when I tested all 3 of them won't be buying anything from them anymore no wonder its a lifetime warranty for just a thermostat

Daniel at AutoZone went above and beyond to help me and my dead car in a parking lot near their store. My jumper cables melted a bolt on my car while trying to get a jump which resulted in a completely dead battery and blown fuse. Daniel loaded up his car with what was needed, went to my car, and replaced everything in 100+ full sun.
