Absolutely abysmal service. Waited for 15 minutes, single employee in the store didn’t even acknowledge the presence of 5 customers. Three others left while I was there. Finally just left while still never being acknowledged at all as a customer. Would give 0 stars.

Went in to ask some questions about a possible chance to get an Apple Watch added to my plan. They didn’t have them on stock in the store but was very helpful on getting one ordered and shipped to my home! The clerks were very nice and were extremely helpful and fast!

I would avoid this store. Instead of activating a new line they ported our number to another phone then blamed us for the mistake. After three visits, we gave up getting the phone activated with at&t but now we still have issues with the number they ported from our phone. Even the manager was condescending and blamed us for the stores mistake.

Visited this store to get a replacement sim card and was signed up for a home protection plan without my knowledge. beware of the associate with the red dreads.

Locked the door before closing time and didn’t even have the decency to anything to me, just looked at me through the window. If you have a closing time door shouldn’t be locked before that time.

Lori and the rest of the staff were friendly from the moment I entered the door and were extremely helpful as I upgraded to a new phone in showing me some of the new features on the phone I purchased. Thanks for the assistance

After a HORRIBLE experience with Rodrigo and Joshua at the Waxahachie location, Clayton and his associate, I didn't catch her name, in midlothian, were a huge huge help to me. I will go to them for all my at&t needs in the future. NOT WAXAHACHIE AT&T!

If I could give them a negative star I would. The most unprofessional and rude staff. The Hispanic lady did not want to even try and speak Spanish to a customer just rudely responded. Never coming back to this location.

The associate who helped us, (never gave her name), was dismissive and condescending. My husband & I commented to each other that she should be in a different line of work. She took pleasure in making us feel stupid. My husband told her, "I don't know technology, you don't know how to build a house, so let's agree we have different areas of expertise and try to communicate." We went home, then learned we did not have everything we needed to begin service. We had to return to the store. A young man assisted when we returned. He was very prompt & helpful.

If I have any questions or concerns, Clayton would be my go to person. He’s very knowledgeable, helpful, and patient. Which is refreshing after my last couple of visits to other locations and being a new at&t customer.

I went to this Att with interest on buying a new phone. When I walked in one lady with blonde hair was in the front helping people while the other lady who was said to be the manager, was in the back of the store. After so long, she came from the back of the store and asked the blonde hair lady who was next. There were several people waiting around for assistance who was never acknowledged. I stood there waiting for more than 12 minutes with not so much as an acknowledgement that I was there. After then, I left and went to another Att that provided better customer service to purchase my new phone adding an additional line.
