Today was our 1st time getting our pup groomed here. We are extremely happy with his cut & loved the customer service we received. He wasn’t stressed one bit when I picked him up. This is now our groomer for life.

Pets of Perfection owners and workers love the animals and also do a very good job. They are reasonably priced. They also have a groomer in a different place in Midlothian which is really resonably priced and a great place for your pets.

I tried taking my rescue dog (with anxiety) to get his nails trimmed. I walk in, my dog starts barking and a lady was behind the counter immediately said, "ma'am, what do you need?" Irritated and harshly, mind you. I was shocked to hear her ask me in a harsh tone but said "I need to get his nails trimmed". He is an anxious dog and we are training him but he is a rescue and he has anxiety. She said "we can't help you, and he's pissing (her words) on our floor! I did offer to clean it up and was told they would get it. I was looked at like they had never seen a scared, barking, or anxious dog! I was extremely embarrassed!

Really happy with the grooming that our dogs get here. I love being able to add the teeth brushing! My pets are happy that they aren't there all day.

I have taken my dog twice. First time we had just a bit cut and loved it. Second time we had summer cut, blueberry facial, blueberry shampoo, teeth were brushed, anal glands done. I asked to have her face cut shorter because it grows so fast. She was absolutely perfect!!! The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, caring, and very helpful with each pet parents' questions. Cost is worth the service. ?❤️? Before and after pictures.

Called to see if they did cat nail trims, They said yes, So i came over, And a older lady greeted me, and i saw there were TONS of dogs, Really shows other people really enjoy these guys, Brought my cat in, Explained shes a bit, stubborn and nervous and hates being grabbed, around other animals etc etc, The old lady said "do you want her done?" and i knew already these guys were the real deal, she got done in a record 32 seconds, (not counting payment) and we left happy. yes she was rough, but knew what she was doing, will be coming back.

If you’re okay with your pets being shaved down every time you take them there.. then this is the place for you. I didn’t say a word upon pick up. I was too stunned to speak. I paid $120 and left. Got out the parking lot and cried all the way home. THIS IS NOT OKAY!! Her hair was maybe an inch long and we comb often. And what gets me the most is THE EARS.. they shaved them.. and clearly they’ve blocked it so you can’t post photos of their work.

We were in a desperate flea situation with our two indoor cats. The owner worked us in same day and was absolutely amazing in taking care of them. Highly recommend!

We have a huskey and he is old. Pets of Perfection does such a wonderful job with deshedding and loving on him. I would not take him anywhere else. If you have a large breed dog this is the place to go!!!! And they do fabulous with the littles too.

Pets of Perfection has taken care of my Havanese since I got her. The treatment she has had is excellent. Here hair cut and bath days produce a beautifully groomed lady. The extra care provided by all of the personnel there is exemplary.
