This was our first time using this groomer and regret is an understatement. Our standard poodle went in for a bath, brush, and SANITARY trim. Our first red flag was being called that he was ready 1 hour after he was dropped off. Not only did I pay before I saw him, but he came out completely shaved. He had little to no matting and definitely not enough to justify a full shave. Not only was he unevenly shaved down, but his whiskers and eyelashes were cut as well. His ears also still have curly hair in them to further show how little they cared about the dog. For almost $100 I could have shaved him at home myself and done a better job.

Been going here for almost 6-7 years, been told I can do walk in grooming on Sundays for years, and I explicitly ask what for, not once have I been told it is solely walk in’s for nail clippings. Go to get my dog a much needed grooming on Sunday at 12:30, told walk ins aren’t accepted for anything other than nail clippings. Staff needs to be trained, and they need to hire people that actually care about other people’s time, obviously mine was disregarded. The one time I decide to groom on Sunday instead of setting an appointment, I’m turned away after being given incorrect information. All I know is this place has definitely lost a long time customer. Wouldn’t recommend. Especially since full package baths and grooming are close to $125, and they are very subpar in their quality when it comes to clipping nails, I’ve always had to take my dog home and set my grinder to them anyway.

They did a phenomenal grooming for two standard and one mini poodle that were extremely overdue for grooming. They are very efficient, thorough, and caring.

If I wanted an inexperienced groomer to groom my dog, that has no idea at all what to do, I’ll take them here. I asked how much experience she had and 2 years is nothing, that’s why I left. And the staff, ridiculous. No one has a clue. That’s what you get living in west texas. Sadly. Low rent employees that are absolutely clueless. Go somewhere else, is all I can say.

We have been taking our dogs - pom, toy poddle, and Aussie to Anahi for 2 years now and she is absolutely amazing! She is the best groomer in Midland. I highly recommend her.

Appointment canceled several time due to groomer not being present. My fur baby do not do well with change I was very clear upon our visit. Today another cancelation, then the owner called and stated our normal groomer would be in to find out he lied and the rude young lady at the counter could care less about how the whole ordeal was affecting my fur baby.( she was shivering so hard the groomer that she tried to tell me was my normal groomer felt bad and was holding her super close to comfort her. After the groomer told the counter lady she hadn’t groomed my baby before, she kept insisting that she had. So, at this point I feel that I don’t trust anything they say and the counter helper is rude and not fit to be around animals..
