I do not recommend anyone to go work at this bank, nor give their business or money to this bank. I worked here for 9 months went through a "90 day trial" to see if I would eventually be hired on which I got strung along for the entire 9 mos I was employed to never get hired. Had zero benefits, PTO and very strict on no overtime pay. There towards the end of my employment there at WTNB I was forced to have 30-45mins short own my paychecks "to avoid overtime." Upper management is the worst I've ever seen, very unprofessional, and unethical how they treat their employees all around. The left hand of management does not know what the right hand is doing, constantly contradicting their "coaching." No one was ever able to contact Jerod Taylor/HR with any questions they might have about ANYTHING without him being rude and making it seem like a huge inconvenience to him. Jerod Taylor/HR also told me to not speak with him regarding anything involving my employment there at WTNB. Chris Ann Whitney VP of operations and Brenda Clark her assistant are bullies to all entry level employees, they are quick to give you a teaching lesson on what you're doing wrong even though the people they assigned to train you taught you those ways. Chris Ann told me I wasn't allowed to talk to other employees at one point and that I was writing too slow on a project that kept no customer waiting and the time frame was by the end of the day. I was dress coded for having a slight fringe on the end of my jeans and yet management was not (see pictures attached.) The only way you'll be able to excel and grow at this company is if Chris Ann likes you. The entire 9 mos I was employed at this bank we were never fully staffed, and since we were short handed that always meant we were forced to work weekends. I saw a total of 8 employees leave this bank in the 9 months of being employed there. I wasn't even completely hired on at the bank yet they deemed me fit to train new employees, after speaking with management and I let them know I was unfit to train new employees they continued to let me. I tried to report everything that was occurring at WTNB to their "whistleblower" hotline and was fired within the next 24 hours of filing my complaint.

Very shady small bank. So I moved my money to Chase. They canceled my account because I received a bad fake 100 dollar bill , and I was unaware that it was fake. Which I quickly replaced it! Which I run a business and that’s the first time ever. And they asked every time why and for what was I withdrawing money! It’s my money an none of thier business. My bank card was always compromised and never had that issue with my credit cards or other banks.

Wonderful team of people at WTNB! From both personal and business banking standpoints, we are extremely pleased with the service we've received, and especially appreciate their assistance (and patience!) in helping our small business grow. We are forever grateful for Mr. Ross and the rest of the team!
