Sarah B. at the location on Texas Ave. was so awesome and helpful with everything I needed today! I was having an issue with another bank verifying an insurance check and she did everything she could to make sure we could get it verified and deposited before I left. Great customer service!

Terrible service here. Takes 45 min in the drive thru. Went inside to do change order told me to go to the drive thru to finish my transaction cause they didn't have enough money inside. What????? You are a bank! Also went to security bank just to try out the we're awesome. The second time I went they remembered my name offered candy to my daughter. Never again Wells Fargo never again
